In this video I'm showing you how I make a "Ritz Cracker Seafood Stuffing Recipe".
//INGREDIENTS
6 sleeves crushed ritz crackers
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 sticks unsalted butter
4 cloves fresh chopped garlic
old bay seasoning to taste
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 chopped onion
1 chopped red bell pepper
1 chopped green bell pepper
(seafood of choice) I used bay scallops, medium size peeled & deveined shrimp & langostinos
lemon juice to taste
lemon pepper to taste
salt to taste

This looks amazing!! I grew up eating saltine cracker stuffing in turkey. I searched to see what variations might be out there and stumbled across this gem!! Not my invention. I learned different varieties of stuffings and binders from working in restaurants most of my life but always researched the Baltimore, MA style of seafood stuffings and crab cakes and that became my favorite. Thanks for commenting 🙏🏽✅
