The playing time thing, make sure to be careful if they don’t have an agent. That’s where you tend to have an issue as it’s the agent telling you they won’t like the change.

I pretty much just go 2 teams of 11. And rotate them each game. Means they can train train train and all develop to the max.
I do the exactly same thing but with 29 players in the squad. The starting 11, the bench 11 and 7 U-20 or young stars coming into the rotations here and there.
Request. make a FM evolution and why it turned like this 24 version since the first FM (excluding de the legend CM).. sorry my english is bad.. hope to see that one
Brilliant tips- I’m always having issue with players wanting expected playing time, my next job is to adjust their expectations. Thanks. Small question; you do a new rebuild every week, and play five seasons, so you play a season PER DAY (ish)?! How😮?
Simulates the season. Does the signings and contracts etc.
How do I obtain your layout? It looks very different than mine standard?

It takes me around 2-3 to do a season
Simulating aka go on holiday. Pointless playing the game this way imo but I guess it's good for rebuilding content.

I have a good squad but get 1+ injury in starting 11 every week... though season
I give a rest to my starting 11 players for 1 or 2 days after every game to keep them fresh. Except the goalies, they dont need a Rest. Check the training intensity. If it is on double if they are fit reduce it to normal. Especially in weeks with two or three games this can be a game changer. And dont have double intensity, Individual training and new trait training at the same time. That will cause injuries in training. And check the Player attributes if the are injury prone. Sell this players an never hire such players.
Anybody else just get 6 or more seasons in and then just start buying regens?
