Never heard of this guy but I appreciated how he talked about his dad passing, and how you have to handle it. I lost my Mother and Sister a year from each other and handled it very badly. But striving to impress them even after they're gone is a real thing. I accomplish a lot of things now with the thought of "Damn they would love to see me doing this". Helps keep them in our lives, and make ourselves better.

So exciting to hear one of the biggest artists from minnesota bringing up my homestate it makes me proud to live in the same state as a legend like gravy
Had the honor and absolute pleasure of seeing him perform live in SF in 2021, I got to meet him too and take a photo with him. Such a relaxed cool guy, so extremely tall compared to my 5'2 ass lmao
Normally not a huge rap fan, but Gravy and bbno$ are one of the few I do like. I always love how he samples old songs, it provides a nice backbeat. And he’s pretty clever with his raps too lol. Cheryl will always be my favorite. Also love that he’s a huge Thundercat fan, that man is skilled on the bass.
