WE FRYING CPU WITH THIS ONE🗣🗣🗣
Basically I should get my laptop cleaned so the fans are clean to be able to cool down my laptop.
I might be able to play on a lower quality. I want to get a whole computer system but can’t afford that currently I’m lucky to even have a predator laptop.
Don’t forget the gpu
@@violettiplady3113 buy second-hand components
Not mine. ;)
Just buy a better PC…
There is 2 types of people, one type that builds a gigant city with 1000 population and second type that build multiple small villages
I would do multiple small villages but with one large capital
@@grape668that’s what I’ve been doing with this map he got got my city in same place n everything
The Black Death would have a field day
Fyi, the plural for "ox" is "oxen." You have a bit of a Gollum thing going with "oxes"
"Wes have 45 oxes, my precious"
😂
😂😂🤣 You win the internet today me boy
Ahaha that's both cool and funny, thanks for that :D
Pronunciation is very important. As a fellow writer, I salute you.
Another youtuber said the Storehouse or Warehouse place uses the workers to transport the goods from the trade posts to the storage and from there it goes to the markets, its worth a shot.
Edit: Maybe some of yall can like this comment so Snap will see it, some of his Storehouses do not have any workers assigned I noticed.
Aaa yeah it was so annoying, he had over 30 unassigned families and didnt dedicate anyone to storages
And more cow's, is a transportation problem
Oh dear...
trading posts and storehouses (as well as granaries) all can set up shop in markets.
You are by far the most entertaining youtuber playing manor lords right now. You can use fallow fields for sheep, it will give a bonus to fertility.
Would love to see the longplay you mentoined.
Ah, a familiar story. A quiet town turns into a big suburb... and then is dysfunctional. I'd love to see an in town walk around throughout the place!
It looks as if the AI agents do not consider the shortest route and instead queue in the order in which the buildings were built and the goods produced. This basically means that we have to live with it and wait for the developer(s) to improve the AI algorithms.
Almost like it’s early access 😧
Other YTr discovered you have to build the walls last, because nobody can build anything inside of walls. Hopefully they will fix that before release.
I suspect they will add more "interior" castle buildings (e.g. smithies, stables, kitchens, so on), since the idea behind it is not to create walled settlements but castles.
They might add free-place walls later to go around the larger settlements.
It could be a game, but now its looks like a broken one…😢
@wholelifeengine2854 it's very new and he's pushing the limits on this not everyone is going to play to this size I don't think
@@wholelifeengine2854 It hasnt even released yet, and this is intended. Your not supposed to build inside the walls because they arent meant for walled cities, their purpose is mini castles. This isnt broken its just people doing something they arent supposed to.
Thats probably because walls of a manor are meant to be walls of a manor/keep/castle
Unlike fantasy and imagination, villages are supposed to be outside of a manor(castle) not inside
It has Begun
Also this is a good video to show the developer what to fix in a later update!
Im sure hes aware of problems scaling up , cmon its pretty basic lol
NOTICE!!
Although you are building lots of Granarys/Storage. You are not assigning any family’s to occupy them
Second, you haven’t tapped into your LiveStock trade. Both Horses and Mules will help carry your goods to and from markets. Better reaching to your villagers a lot more quickly.
Also just needs more (and bigger) markets. Like a giant one with 100 stalls in the middle of the city would probably help with all the issues
fun fact: i've had stuff get moved to granary's and storehouses without anyone working at them. you don't NEED somebody there, but it makes it more efficient.
Love the Manor Lord videos! Please keep uploading them 😂
It’s nice to know lots of smaller fields are the best way to yield a good amount of crop
New game, No rival, No bandits. This should relieve some memory suck and allow for a higher population.
The best and most exciting series of Manor Lords games that I've ever experienced. Thank you for your effort in reaching 5000 population, I really enjoyed this game series, and your videos are worth not skipping the ads.
Awesome, bro!
You could have increased housing density with granny flats.
If you click the minus when plotting the land, the granny flats will show up so each lot has two homes instead of one.
Honnestly the way u builed ur city is great i think.
And ur by far the best youtuber on manor lord right now !!!
great vids !
Yusssss! Please don’t stop making these! ❤
Holly -wow! This was so fun to watch. Have I said I can't wait for this to come out?
35:12 there was just a really good deal at the trading post
Ive been following this game for about 7 months now, i cant wait for this to finally come out in the future. The early access is going to be fun, but the final release is going to be INSANE
Very beautiful town you've created 👏. I love asymmetry and this is just so satisfying to see.
this is absolutely cool game. im so exciting counting down now.
Would love to see the Taskmanager in Windows and see how many CPU Cores are used. Would be interesting to see how good parallelisation is.
Honestly wish I could subscribe again ~ hope you hit 100k soon! Thnx for the vidoes! :D
Changing CPU priority may help mitigate stuttering.
While the game is running, alt-tab then Go to Task Manager > Details
look for the game, then right-click on its' .exe,
Select "Set Priority" and change to "High" (Important: DO NOT set to "Realtime"),
it usually helps a lot when the CPU can't catch up with the calculation while the GPU is processing the visuals fine - but you'll have to do it each time the game launches.
My New favourite youtube series!!!
I really enjoyed this one 😂 Congrats on maxing out your citizens. Would you be open for another Manor Lords challenge? Like for instance to conquer the whole map (a new one ofcourse lol). I'm not sure if this early access game is capable of being at war with the ingame opponent yet. However it might be fun to try perhaps? 👉👈
That looks like such a nice organic build. My town looks too unnatural with straight lines and such. This town was build with the environment dictating the roads, as it should.
Great city👍
To keep interacting with your buildings within a wall you want to plan the wall first, pause construction, then build the village buildings and you will be able to interact with them, like upgrading and moving ppl around. You will have to tear down all buildings build before the manor and wall plan and rebuild with the planned wall in place
May the sage continue.
You should try and fill every single tile on the biggest map option for Humankind, or attempt to get nukes as early as possible, it is a severely underrated game reserved for the highest caliber of intelligence
There needs to be a automatic upgrade houses button, yesterday.
So… is it me, or does anyone else after seeing this video feel like this game doesn’t have much stickiness after the first few days of play?
I mean I like it. Been playing solidly for over a week. Besides, mods are popping up for it.
Snap, have you tried removing a portion of the wall where the road is in the manor area? I feel like the gatehouse is purely aesthetic but gamewise just blocks entry if you get what I mean. But maybe if you leave a gap within the wall then you might be able to build within?
I see my prayers have been answered!
When you think about it, the game is really well optimized for it being one developer still in beta. So I don't think you will even need to wait that long, the dev seems super responsive to feedback, and will more than likely have the game optimized and patched a month or two after release. Probably will be able to expand his company and get an actual team to start adding in more content as well.
Internet is actually cooking
The highest population growth you can have is 2 families which is 6 people a month lol. Absolutely wild. You did good man don’t be bummed you didn’t hit 5k. This was an insane run
To build inside the walls in the manor zone you can remove the little towers, and when you already have build the houses you can build again the towers
I hope this game gets scenarios or a campaign like the Stronghold series. Game is astonishing but it seems progression is lacking a bit.
Tech tree can benefit from a campaign
The mods are gonna be killing with this game
What I would love to see is the long play raw video of these, so I can do the skipping if I want to. Basically the unedited version that you must already have. If you could stash it on a 3rd channel somewhere it would be great.
I would suggest to do more imports on food supplies.
And more place for your village to work.
people will move in more if you have more work/jobs available.
You can also up your population by increasing your retinue size,
I'd love seeing you play Medieval Dynasty. Might be one you could enjoy as well.
It would be cool to see a Rim World playthrough.
I heard isengard theme when he said "lets take a big chunk of trees out" !!
2k isn't bad but i hope they expend this so eventually they can hold 5k people. I believe something they can implement is a giant house which can be upgraded after you reach a lvl 3 house and it holds 4 family's but you can't craft anything there. Those extra family's can be used to improve the military as you can now create permanent army's or just make so the militant can hold more people
Id say with 2k people u need around 20 trading posts, 15-20 storehouses and at least 5 granaries, all fully employed, to keep things running smooth.
that trading post is hilarious LMAO
Maybe it could be intresting to have diffrent regions with more compact citys. It could be easier for the game and you have to trade between the regions. (:
Tanks for you work ♥♥
Thats massive
The only thing I can think of is that you've reached a population height that just makes it impossible to manage food and such.
Granaries transport your food. The villagers come to the marketplace to get that food. So many houses, not enough to go around. Tripling up on granaries and marketplaces for people to go to has helped up to the 1k point, but now you need to triple your triple. No idea if that would even help. It's my only guess. But since you have so many unemployed families anyway, if I was having this issue, that's probably the first thing I'd do; "I have 90 unemployed families. They're all about to become manual laborer's!!"
I would love to see you do a world conquest in this run
Regarding the food not getting places. Seems to be a transport issue maybe more ox or so can help. They tend to transport stuff don´t they?
I have been playing a bit myself, I tried double roads around high congestion areas & seemed to help with the moving of all supplies, but I have not gotten anything near you population
you can't play a game that hasn't been released yet
Do all those granaries and storehouses have livestock assigned to up the speed and capacity? Maybe it will reduce the number of them needed for transport?
I've watched every manor lords video you have uploaded and they are great.
you play the game well so its not painful to watch
your commentary is good as well, right be there and right be here ahahhaa
your towns are nicely made
you upload a lot - thanks.
I'm dying waiting for this game to release and I try to watch other videos on manor lords but they are not as good as yours, so i just rewatch yours again XD
Congrats Snap on being featured by the CK3 youtube!
Panel Construction and Mono Culture in Medieval Times Snap you are amazing. I mean my biggest City that I built in Anno 1404 was 170.000 People And that was already A very Big City.
I am hoping the future of the game will be for towns to become cities, with tighter larger buildings that allow for actually becoming massive cities.
"We have a lot of everything but the people still don't get food"
Snap Strategy discovered urbanism
Is thsi new meta? I see that game everywhere
It's a new game and it's the most wishlisted game on steam
don't stop playing!!!!!!
Milenia is cool and EU4 is also very Nice and maybe do some mega-campains from time to time
I love your videos ❤
If you haven't considered already, maybe you should send the game back the Dev so they can use it for troubleshooting game. These glitches may be occurring even with smaller populations, its just not noticeable until you take it to the max. Also may help further optimization for less powerful systems. Just a thought!
recently auto farming is so broken...Nice Cpu XD better then my for sure lol , Bellissimo giglio di Firenze nello stemma ehehe
try for finding the perfect balance for 500 families. Then take that as a blueprint and repeat. Then you just need 10 districts for your goal :)
19:00 is the “bunching up” just the curve in the terrain?
This is one helluva stress test for the game! One might hope the developer has already pushed things to these limits, but if not, it can be hoped that they see this video! =^[.]^=
I know game is almost finished, but this video is really usefull to developers to improve the game, have you shared with them your knowledge?
Would be cool to see you trying to tackle rimworld or dwarf fortress.
Good test for the devs to see. Clearly the AI has an issue with spreading themselves out. They just go to the first building that was built for a specific purpose. Even if you have loads of trading posts they all wanna go to the first one.
Also AI should be colliding with eachother, thats just asking for issues haha.
do a tour of the village
you should plan similar games to this
I thought 500 would feel pretty big. Very curious to see how this goes. Lol
I'm sure you've found out walls for the manor aren't meant to be used as walls for towns and breaks lol
Play through idea - (almost) pure trade? you can cannot collect any base resource except wood.
You gotta try bellwright it comes out the beginning of next month
Is the problem with food due to the massive armies which take people off work? Does the complaint go away when you disband them?
They haven’t heard yet an Apple a day keeps the Bandits away
i can't even count to 5, 5000 is lots
next video: today we will recreate the world population in this game
I like how you broke the game 🖥️
Might need actual bigger markers and try more horses/oxen, and see what mules can do for you in that regard to
You can tax at 1% and not receive any negative Approval. Its a small trickle of wealth but at a high population size it can build up a lot. Its literally free money with no negative effects.
Hope that this does not disappear in half an hour. TRUE SNAP?
1:12 yes, it's impossible to build regular buildings inside the walls, not sure if is a bug or a intended feature
It looks like its the feature, wall is supposed to create mini castle/manor complex, rather than defend an entire village
Thank you for continuing, i subscribed.
LOL City builder traffic issues
you should definitely start a new one and take it slower and build across the whole map
I really like your videos man, you are a master at this game, thanks for the content
what minimun specs do i need to play to this late game?
It looks like cemetery now not as a city (zoomed out).
As small village, at the beginning, it looked nice, natural etc. but as larger town it looks really bad. It looks generic and same. They have to add diferent shapes and types of buildings, so there are not to much of repeting.
Anyway it looks as fun game.
ive misssed you snap
Would like to see a banished let's play
So this is what county with 100 developtment looks like
Lets go
I would like to see you play Avorion
Frostpunk 2 comes out later this year. Have you played farthest frontier?
