- In today's vlog we head to Disney's Hollywood Studios for a fun family day! The crowd levels and ride wait times were pretty low, it was great! We tried some Halloween treats and ate breakfast at Woody's Lunchbox. Breakfast was great! Then we head over to Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway, which had a 30 minute wait. We always love getting a ride in on this one, Jackson loves it! Then Tim talks to you about the new Disney World annual passes. What do you think about the new annual pass news? I’m just amazed at Jackson keeping his mask on and he is not even two yet I have seen grown ups taking them off when they shouldn’t and here he is a baby he is one amazing little boy 😊❤️
Lol right!? But come to think of it, Jackson is a 'covid baby', while actually he wasn't born during covid, I don't think his brain started to remember things untill he was maybe 1 y/o and a few months- which is in fact during covid. It's kind of sad, but also amazing how kids Jackson's age Don't actually know what the world is like without all these masks and requirements. Jackson probably thinks it's just a cool accessory that everyone wears (like sunglasses), which is why he's completely fine with wearing it.
He probably wants to match his parents so its fun for him :)

Disney have always been money-hungry, but the new prices are absolutely ridiculous! They're pricing so many people out of the game.
Charging over $1k without even a photo pass is a joke! SMH 🤦🏼♀️
The prices are finally catching up to Disneyland, they've been much higher for years.

Wow. I can't believe how expensive Disney annual passes are. I'm glad we're Universal fanatics because I couldn't imagine paying $1300+ each year!
As a non Floridian, I'm appreciative that Universal has a florida resident and non resident price for each level of annual passes instead of forcing you into the most expensive pass like Disney does
@@richbourassa9681 I agree! I live in GA and I’m very glad Universal’s non-FL resident rate isn’t astronomical for any of the AP tiers. I probably wouldn’t be an annual pass holder if my only option was the most expensive option.

I’m from MS and my husband and I are able to afford annual passes at universal because they are half the price of the ones we can get at Disney because of being out of staters. Ridiculous. And as an AP at Universal, I can just pop in when I want. I don’t want to have to make a reservation when I pay over a thousand a year.
Went to Universal for the first time this year. Will be getting a Universal annual pass, but opting out of the Disney pass...no longer worth it. Sick of the less for more Disney!!
I’m really bummed that out of state guests still only have 1 pass option. And I understand photo pass not being included on the lower tiers, but also not included on the $1300 level?! Disney is really pricing me out as an out of state passholder. 😩
I'm glad each level of pass is available for non residents at Universal. It sucks that isn't the case for Disney
And without water parks. I'm an out of country visitor who used to buy an AP for discounts and parking, it worked out better value. Now I'm getting worried about the increases coming on UK passes that were traditionally decent value and if that prices me out too.

Unlike Walt, the people in charge don't care about families or anyone else. They should get rid of them and maybe promote cast members up at a lower wage instead of the millions the ones are currently being overpaid.

Getting my Disney parks fix from the Trackers is one of the highlights of my day. Also, mad props to Jenn's editing which has become amazing!! Thanks for another fun video, Tim & Jenn!
Unfortunately with all the price increases it looks like 2019 was our last Disney trip. I guess it’s time to find a new place to go on vacation.
I highly recommend Hershey Park in PA. That’s my go to aside from my home park.
Universal studious too. Great place went this year! Same thing with us, we got priced out and aren't going for a while:(

We should of been going last Sept, & reschedule to this weekend but as we in UK it was cancelled, we go a full refund, but we couldn't afford all the extra costs on top, disney just making it harder for people to go not only in usa but other countries overseas, took us 3- yrs to save over 10k to stay off site, but if we wanted to stay even on site now we looking at around 15k or more really disney people can't afford your expensive cost
Its just discouraging people not to go

The arches on the banners are a classic architectural design element from the Art Deco period. A good example is the very top of the Chrysler building in NYC.
Also, I nearly woke my husband when I laughed over “oh no, I’m a disgrace!” :)
Disney has really left me behind for many reasons. I miss the days when all I wanted was to stay at the Beach Club with a Park Hopper pass. Back then on most rides you only waited about a half hour and that was before Fast Passes. Walk in the park and get in line. The prices are crazy now on everything and getting worse. Not interested in jumping through hoops to do everything. Love watching your videos and will continue. Jackson is adorable.
Jackson is better about wearing his mask than a lot of adults I know.
This "new" pass system just like genie and the other options on top of the 50th celebration is going to be such a cluster you know the rest. These passes are just ridiculous. Will be down next June was thinking about getting an AP then this was announced decided to stick with a 5 day no PH ticket.
With the new pass and reservation system it's just so complicated. For us in UK booking flights, accommodation, transport its just additional headache. Take me back to the 80s when it was so simple visiting the parks and so easy to get on the rides. Sigh......if I only had a magic wand!
First time i went was early noughties and i dont remember it being this difficult at all! We just rocked uo, got a FP if we wanted it, but i dont remember getting that many! We must have queued. I wish it would go back to easier times. Dont even think im gonna do Disney next year (if borders even open)

Wow, Jackson does such a good job keeping his mask on. Tim and Jenn definitely knew how to prepare their child to avoid meltdowns. Well done. I’m impressed. I got Disneyland’s version of the annual pass (Dream key) and wish the photo pass was included in that too. Oh well. It’s really the only thing my Magic Key is missing honestly. Weird how the parks do things differently.

Oh My Goodness Jackson is so freaking adorable!!!!! He's growing into such a little man. Jen & Tim you two are such great parents! If your contemplating starting a family I highly recommend you watch Tim & Jen with everything they've done with Jackson since the day he was born. They are really great parents, they work together with Jackson and they make Jackson their number one priority. Which is what every child deserves. God Bless you all and of course Little Jackson too.

Okay, I love Tim. And I know when Jackson comes along they're limited to what they can do. However, my favorite vlogs are always going to be when Jen and Jackson are there too. It made my day to see that they're in this one!!! 😊

Between the new passes, genie plus, reservations, etc. WDW is looking very different from when we visited in February 2020.
Its all because of the new ceo. I was there jan 2020 and the new ceo came in right before the covid shutdown. I went july 2021 and it was pretty different idk the vibe was just off and didn’t feel the same. Im a huge disney fan and after going in July I honestly have no desire to go again any time soon

The number one complaint that Disney gets is about how crowded the parks are. So, this is Disney’s solution to that. 1. You price out a lot of people for tickets and AP’s. 2. You make tickets and AP’s so restrictive. 3. You take away the perks that you use to get for staying on property or buying an AP. 4. Then you make those perks add-on’s. Disney hopes that this is enough to get the crowds down to make the customers they really want to make happy, Happy. Thanks for this video.

Back when the Mickey Mouse Club was filming there I went to that little hidden building a number of times when I was part of the audience. Such a perk to grow up in Orlando and be in the audiences of these shows. :)

Annual pass explanation was very clear ... thank you Tim. Jackson is doing great with the mask kiddos to both of you for being great parents and great examples of visiting Disney. This is a great time to visit Disney since school has just started for kiddos. Crowds seem to always be low this time of year. We have visited a couple times early September for this reason.

Breakfast bowl is a great breakfast option at HS. The best breakfast for me at this park is definitely the Breakfast Ronto Wrap.

Is it just me or does end of August-start of September seem like the perfect time to visit Disney? Food and Wine, Halloween merch and events and low wait times. I feel if borders open, I'll try late August next year!

Thats when my friends and I went a few years back. We're from the UK and it was perfect! Not too busy at all.
Id happily go even if it was a bit busier with a few Brits! We’d have a good time at Raglan Road Pub haha
In past years I have gone during the jewish holidays! In NY we get off of school and usually get a 4-5 day weekend so we would go and it was not that busy!
Statistically this is usually the slowest time of the year at the parks. Most kids just re-started school and less likely that parents would already pull them out for a vacation.

We were at Disney last week and had insanely low wait times! The longest we waited our whole trip was 45 minutes for 7 dwarves, slinky, and Runaway railway. We lucked out! We also tried the Halloween tart and it was really good!
I’m going in two weeks and hoping the waits will still be low🤞🏻was supposed to go on Tuesday but couldn’t and it was also just for the boo bash which I’m a little bummed about not getting to do but now at least I get to do all 4 parks in a couple weeks, hopefully with low crowds

Very cool of that CM to give Jackson that card - wish we could have seen him using it. IO rarely go out, but I wear mine all the time for ease when I do go out, like you said. I love that Jackson is so intent and focused, and pays such great attention in shows, and on attractions. I think it's so slow due to both the horrid rise of Delta, and also people who are still coming putting off their trips to come during the 50th. And also the start of school in a lot of places - with the kids having been out of in-person for so long, a lot of parents don't want to delay having them back in-person.

When I went to Hollywood studios on June 6th it was my first time riding Mickey and Minnie runaway railway and we got stuck for a few minutes dancing with daisy. But it picked right back up and all in all was a great ride. And thanks to your videos I was able to find the hidden Mickey in the light fixtures.
Roy O. Disney Production building is now where the Leaders’ offices are for Toy Story cast members so if a cast memeber gets in trouble or gets rewarded, you get sent to Roy O. hahaha i was always terrified to go in but it was never for a bad reason lol It’s also where Buzz, Woody, and Jesse can cool off from out in the sun
