Eating Our Way Around Disney's Star Wars Galaxy's Edge AP Preview! | Food, Ride POV & Space Fun!

- In today's vlog we head to Disney's Hollywood Studios for the Star Wars Galaxy's Edge annual passholder preview! We started with a walkthrough the land and made stops at the market area to see some merch and snack locations. We tried the Ronto wrap for lunch, which we loved! We also had some non alcoholic drinks from the same location. We saw lots of characters walking around too! We took in some of the smaller details and really were just in awe of the entire land. Even as a non Star Wars fan, Jenn really enjoyed the area! We tried the sweet and spicy popcorn, we liked the spicy popcorn a llittle better than the sweet though. We also tried the blue and the green milk, we also mixed it together at the end just to see what it might taste like! Then we headed over to Smuggler's Run for a ride. Jenn didn't ride because it's not pregnancy friendly, but we both were able to see the full queue and then she opted out right before I went into the cockpit. I was in the gunner position and I think I did pretty okay! Then it was dinner time! We had some tip yip (fried chicken) at Docking Bay 7 and we both really enjoyed our meals and our desserts. The food in Galaxy's Edge is great and we definitely recommend trying as much as you can. To end the night we looked in some of the gift shops and took in the night time sights. The land is beautiful at night for sure! We highly recommended visiting at night if you can! What did you think of Galaxy's Edge? Let us know in the comments down below! The guy that got his droid disassembled should've told the TSA, "This is not the droid you are looking for." And then do the hand gesture. He would've definitely gotten through that way.

Considering that the milk in the movies is supposed to come from animals, it should be flavored differently. I realize they're caving into people wanting more vegan friendly foods and people with food allergies and lactose intolerance. However, they should have options for people who want the real thing, milk.
Anyway, there should be blue milk that tastes like it's from an animal with some unique flavoring. Since blue is supposed to come from a Bantha, it should be something that perhaps tastes native to planets which have Banthas. Green milk supposedly come from thala-sirens (sometimes referred to as a 'sea sow'), so it should have a flavoring that could be something that thala-sirens eat since some of it would have an influence on their milk.
Of course, they could have fun with it. Like green milk could have a minty flavor, since it's green or perhaps lime flavoring. It would make more sense in the color being related to something with the same color. The blue milk could be something related like blueberry or some other related fruit. I do agree it should have a friendly and good flavor but not so fruity that it's obviously NOT milk. Naturally, they did want to be more adventurous with the flavoring which is why they have flavors that have nothing to do with the color. Still, I'd like something that has a milk flavor to it. I know it's all fictional, but it's milk, from an animal. Let's be a little more realistic about what it is.

One thing I loved about the ride that I noticed during cast member previews is how as it moves to night time outside the ride, the ride video inside shows you taking off at night, next level storytelling from Disney 😍

I think the first thing that ever stuck with me about watching Tim and jenn were how respectful they are. Always saying please and thank you, always respecting cast members and anyone they come across. You guys are so awesome, and thank you for showing everyone how to treat others!

If you mean the Rebel cast member with the blue hair, that character is Vi Moradi. She's from the 2017 novel Phasma. Her job is to be like a female Poe Dameron at Galaxy's Edge.

(in character) As far as being on Batuu, she's very attractive, would be equally intelligent and would have potential with influencing people into becoming new resistance members. Of course, I'm aligned with the First Order (I have my reasons), but I have to admit she's a serious cutey and wouldn't mind talking with her for a bit. I'd be willing to overlook her being in the area and not mention it to the troopers, at first. :)
(Reality) She's a great cast member in order to improvise and stay in character in a tourist environment. Considering some people are willing to role play in the Star Wars themed place and then some people are there just to buy Disney merch and see what's there that they most likely don't understand about the Star Wars universe.

This place is amazing!!! I got to go in on August 8th, during Cast Member previews!!! When we entered they greeted us with “Bright Suns” and my daughter’s friend responded with Caprisuns!!!....lol Great video as always!!! Thanks for sharing!!!

Lol, I work for Hondo on Batuu and it is quite the pleasure to have such off-worlders such as yourselves work at our smuggling....I mean completely legitimate shipping company ^_^
I don't know if you noticed but there actually are several hidden secrets (you might call them Hidden Mickeys) and references all throughout the spaceport where this "Hunk of Junk" called the Falcon sits. But as well, there is a hidden, mini version of the ship actually on the ship and it can be easily be seen but only if you know where to look for it. Be sure to give the "Play Disney" App a try to and take some jobs and earn some credits that way as well as help influence the First Order, The Resistance, or help yourself.
I for one look forward to having you come back and take on some new missions. Profit can be quite the driver to return after all ^_^

Sherry Dennis I’ve been looking everywhere for it! I was just in Disney World and I saw a cast member with the necklace. She said she got hers at the World of Disney Downtown. I checked & they said they never had them ☹️ So, I’m still looking.
Something to note for those flying home with their droid, it’s best to have larger items shipped than risk having TSA take it apart and potentially loosing parts. That’s what we do when purchasing large collectibles on vacations where we fly. 👍🏼
BTW, good to see the animatronic Hondo is now up and working. In earlier vloggers videos, the park hadn’t set him up yet and people had to watch screens instead for instructions.
I also heard that at WDW GE there is no A/C in any of the buildings or attractions nor is there places to sit to cool off. I’ve heard friends say Disney cut corners on that. My friends also said that it DOES matter if you push the buttons when “flying” the Millennial Falcon as Pilot, Engineer or Gunner. But one vlogger showed that it’s a different setting on each ride.
Tim’s joke about the oy oy puff being a ska puff is the most underrated joke of this video!!! 🤣🤣🤣
