I think we need to be honest with this. I follow a very similar schedule and realistically if you’re working full time on top of this there really isn’t much enjoyment outside of training to be had. Really just workout, work and recover at that point.

Most will 100% get hurt doing this much. That's cool he does this, but make sure you have years of experience & build up to trying a program like this.

Split the shit. Run and lift on different days 3x a week each with one rest day. Like -
Mon, Wed, Fri - Weights
Tue, Thu, Sat - Running
It’s easy if you don’t have kids
