Your customer service skills are amazing Milad. I have a few employees that are as good, even when the shit hits the fan as we say over here. But quite a lot don't even say hello, let alone ask how their day is. It takes a few seconds and can make a customers day, and make them remember your restaurant for future visits. BTW I work in a McD's in the UK. When I'm on shift no matter how busy, greeting and talking to our patrons is a massive part of my job. Keep up the good work man!

I once read that somewhere...even some big companys like walmart failed to establish in for example germany because the people dont like this kinda "fake" attitude. not suggesting the kindness of Milad in this video is fake. but if you come into the shop and someone asks how your day was because its company etiquette you know its not really genuine all the time. in germany or maybe even europe there might be a colder tone between customers and workers but tbh i find it more honest. of course a fast food worker earning minimum wage wont be interested in every random customers well-being all the time lol

Somehow Subway has the most interactive and cool employees, you lack that exp in McD's or even a Starbucks. Along with the taste and the fact that you get customizations, ig its the whole exp that makes you wanna come again.
He is using the proper portion for these subs. Your subway is short changing you my friend. Next time ask them how much the protein should weight if it’s steak, chicken strips, etc. and how many slices the recipe calls for. If you pay for the correct portion you should get it.
I once ordered a sub, I don't remember much but it was chicken and lettuce with some other appetizers, but it was quite awful and there were only 2-3 small chicken cubes.
One thing I LOVE about Subway: You could ask for the strangest food combinations of all time, and it’ll taste amazing 11 out of 10 times…anyone who agrees? If only I lived in New Jersey…
