18:23 this part actually way more important from historical prospective. those rocks had been considered as cultural relic by ancient emperors when other stuffs just their daily use luxury accessories.

jalapeño pepper, that very classic one from Mexico. Slightly hot, but as a Chinese I m not a fan of its texture.
