What got me the most and really hit me was the part when she said she's having hard time to breath. And that they will rise up and move. Which is totally what is happening right now.
Apparently the arrangement was done by one of the backup singers.
Arranged by Adonis Tabanda (upper left corner, bass). He's a bass player, musical director/arranger.
I also think this version by Mori is the best cover of “Rise Up” out there. If you like a capella music, I highly recommend you look into Pentatonix. You won’t be disappointed. Their cover of “Imagine” is also very inspirational at this time.

Everyone should watch and listen to Morissette. She is a very different singer. Her emotion is palpable.

@@GesBeeEating I know it's ancient history at this point, but somebody on Morissette's CZcams channel did mention that the blackout screen at the 3:18 mark was an edit that they did to acknowledge the Blackout Tuesday that was taking place in the states. That's the only thing they could do at that point. Keep in mind that they are way ahead of us in the time zones. As I type this on a Wednesday night it's already Thursday morning or afternoon in the Philippines.

Morissette's WISH performance of this was during a very hard personal period in her life and singing this helped her to RISE-UP. Adondis, is her Musical Director and brought 3rd Ave together I believe and they have backed Mori at events and concerts since 2016 , maybe earlier. We have to stop labeling....." the 1st Black quarterback"..."she is an amazing black tennis player" It needs us ALL to voice equality, based on hard work, talent, intelligence, regardless of race. Best question I heard asked to white ppl was....how many of you white folks would wish to be treated as blacks are in this society today ?....STAND.. Jane Elliott, no one stood!!!! BLM.
