they were on tour here in Canada during April and May. Thats when he taped this video with the help of Amberley his girlfriend. Niagara Falls can still have ice at that time, which would make it seem cold, but the photos where there was snow, is from out in the western provinces and in the mountains of British Columbia.
This is a beautiful song to begin with. Love Ray Charles & Willie Nelson's versions. Austin did the song justice too. And the Canadian scenery was gorgeous including Niagara Falls.

Ray Charles sang this and made a classic of it. The state of Georgia, USA made it the state song. But having lived my entire life in Southern USA, i have to say with the authority of a Southern Woman of over 70 years in the south, this is the best and most compelling version of this song I have ever heard.
Samantha, Austin is from Tifton, Georgia USA. The video was made in Canada (I think) when Home Free was touring there a few months ago. When he was in his hotel room singing, that was Niagara Falls which is on the US Canadian border between New York & Ontario Canada. Austin did such a beautiful version of this song & the scenery fits it perfectly!😊

This song is an absolute classic - Ray Charles did the original version but Austin's cover is fantastic. It's a song about being homesick for Georgia, missing the place you come from. The video was filmed in Canada when Home Free were on tour their, the waterfalls are Niagara Falls on the Canada/USA border.

I believe that the falls was Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. He is from Tifton, Georgia. Which is in the south east part of the state. Always enjoy watching your reaction to this guy.
Samantha, the waterfall was Niagara Falls which is not in Georgia it marks the Canadian border American Falls is located on the American side of the border and horseshoe Falls which he was overlooking when he was singing is on the Canadian side.

Oh it’s a beautiful song but that’s not Georgia. It’s Canada when they were on tour there. I was thinking why is Georgia on your mind when you’re at Niagara Falls? Canada is so beautiful and it matches the song so I guess that’s why. Austin has such a pretty voice.
