The massive tie-beams connected to the pile columns va massive pile column bases will stabilize and support a 4-storey building even in this loose soil.
The only thing I would like to been done is for the pile column rebar to be welded to the column base rebar framework.
Clearly, the designers must have tested the stability of the soil in detail to committ to such an expensive building foundation !
Bravo ! Kudos to the engineers!

Very good idea to be adapt in construction industry, how deep the spiral screw and how many pieces to hold the press

    Have seen the following :-
    1. Hooks of few stirrup/rings of the beams are placed in the lower portion of the beam. All the hooks of rings should lie in upper portion of beam as per engineering thumb rule. Compression in upper portion and tension in bottom.
    2. Use of proper concrete coverage block is not seen in the video. Instead use of brick pieces is wrong. Bricks absorb moisture causing rust to the iron rods in contact with it.
    3. Lapping zone, lapping Length in case of columns /pillars seem not properly maintained as per engineering procedure and guideline.
However, it's a very good job by the construction company. The above comment is only for fourth improvement.

Such a good foundation but faulty building, because no rebar out of the foundation to take the concretes block instead of bricks ,there is little or no strength at all .

Soil is so soft, they just pull up the drill to remove the soil. Also, water for lubricant on the base frame clamp bolts large threads! Were they all drilled and then pushed in, or drill, push, drill, push? Gotta be the longest rebar I've ever seen, kinda close to the surface though, and those pads poured on top of the piles are just HUGE. THANKS!

D'autres lieux , d'autres mœurs , d'autres us et coutumes !

I don't think it will hold in the future weight of the upper flooring. The soil is in liquid soft mud and salt water is present at a swallow ground. The building in future will have many defects and it will be notice on the wall, in short it's not stable. There are best designed for very stable foundation.

How do I feel about this technic of foudations, Well I lack expertise as for its reliabalibity but very impressed by the procces itself , by which such big colums the columns are driven into the soil , and personnally happy that they seem to aim accurately and that none of these impressive columns even seems to be able to be accidently driven out of its schedulded spot, like for instance into my ass.. .

This is an alternative often used where bedrock is not present. As mentioned, a large amount of surface area providing friction is considered stable under carefully engineered conditions. A notable failure of this method on a large-scale project is the Millennium Tower in San Francisco.
