How to ID any GM Part using the casting or part number

In this video I’m going to show you a simple hack for identifying GM parts and to learn all the years and models the part fits. This is great if you're shopping for parts. Imagine you have a 1955 Bel Air and you need a bellhousing. What if you discovered the same part fits 1955 all the way to 1958. This means you can expand your search from ‘55-58 and have a better chance of finding the part rather than a narrow search for only 1955. Can you see how this would be helpful?
