Wheelwod 20.1 adapted workout

Workout one of the wheelwod open!
Muted from the moment I start talking as music was going that I have no right to play! Hoping the short stint I’m talking over won’t have this blocked but who knows.
Following a chat with the guys at wheelwod I’ve registered in the minor neuro classification due to my spinal injuries rather than the amputee category. Think it makes most sense all considered. :)
Round 8 has an extra rep on GTOH as I wasn’t 100% sure is made full contact with the ground and 1 extra burpee as I wasn’t sure if I had jumped.
Really fun, near vomit enduring workout!
