Awesome guide is there an easy way to calculate how area damage might scale versus elemental or crit/flat damage rolls?
you almost never want AD on amulet, element dmg is too strong.

today a primal smoldering core dropped for me so i don't have to make primal weapon and make karini instead! yay!

@@zachmullins9444 you can find decent squirts quite easily it has chd prerolled but karini has 2 random stats + 60-80 affix, good luck finding it or even rolling it in the cube, i had 2 primal karinis this season already = not even close to usable so..

so crit crit socket + elemental is always the go?
not always but usually. if you have very low mainstat (i.e. low paragon) and have guardians that doubles the effect of stat in items, mainstat may win (he has like 4000k gons and 32k int already so the +int is relatively low addition). also the actual values also matter a lot so something like 10-100 chance-dmg is massive compared to like 8-60 you always have to equip and test. and the same applies to rings like soj that gives elemental dmg
