Bro i have two offers in hand one is HCL with 4.25 Lpa and cognizant with 4LpA what i will choose ?
Go with cognizant. If you don't have any location constraints. As it is a bond free company.
If you are rigid to a location. Then choose HCL. As it has bond you need to serve.
Because the package difference is not that much. Choose wisely.
