- Today, I have the Ruggard Dry Cabinet in the Audio Hotline Studio! This particular model is the 50L size. I was extremely excited to get this product and try it out because I have been wanting something to help keep my gear safe and healthy.... BUT I also REALLY needed some help with storage space. The Ruggard Dry Cabinet has a lot of different purposes, and a lot of different reasons why people would want one... or some could think it is overkill. In this video I take you through all the Pros and Cons, and discuss the different purposes of this humidity controlling storage cabinet! Thanks!!! Yeah, I was actually sick the last two weeks... could have been the C word, was definitely influenza though. When I filmed this it was toward the beginning of it. I have stayed self isolated though!

I got severe bacterial laryngitis right when the new bug hit the news. It was pretty scary for a second there. And of course I couldn't talk or record anything for like a week.

Dang dude!! I am glad you’re doing better. Getting sick when you create any audio or video content sucks! It makes you even more restless because you want to do what you love, but can’t!
Hey was wondering what kind of headphones do you like to use?
In my videos I use the Sony MDR-7506 headphones, just because they have a low profile. For critical listening I don’t really like the MDR-7506s though, they are just too pleasing to the ear, and aren’t flat enough to show the truly bad frequencies. For critical listening I either use my studio monitors, Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro headphones, or Sennheiser HD 650 headphones. I prefer studio monitors, but these headphones do a good job when I can’t use my monitors.
@@AudioHotline how comfortable are those headphones, I've got a big head and wear glasses. Currently looking for some good headphones and can't really find one that's comfortable enough.
They are both very comfortable. I have no issue wearing either for a very long time. The Sony headphones are the least comfortable out of the 3.... studio monitors are extremely comfortable 😉 haha
