I got goosebumps multiple times in this scene too! Especially the part when it showed his mum humming to him as a baby...my dad isn't the nicest of people, but it inspired me to be more of a greatful daughter to the man who raised me and 3 brothers by himself....
8 episodes is a sway, i am mad, this series is so fucking good it should have 1000+ like one piece rather actually 2000+ more.

I really put myself in the shoes of Park Hyung Seok. I am a mild tempered person until someone hurts a person I love, then I transform into the demon that people fear. This song is a reflection of who I really am, as I once said, "I just want you with me, we can let go up!!".

Freaking loved the short dudes voice got goosebumps as soon as he started singing I hope there will be more then 8 episodes since my wife who doesn't like anime sat with me to watch it and we both really enjoyed this anime it's dope I hope they keep it going
Its relatively grounded in reality and doesn't fall victim to typical and weird anime tropes, and the art style is wholly unique

Obviously the premise is a different matter entirely, the series wants to tell a grounded story through a fantastical premise, and its grounded because it takes subject matter like bullying seriously without being bogged down by the usual anime tropes(well, except how everybody knows how to fight but that makes things better honestly).

Honestly speaking MC's original form has no self confidence and really pathetic but this rapper had that self confidence from the start and despite suferring harassment and discrimination like hell he still didn't stop trying or gave up in his life. I loved his character and he is the exact opposite of MC's original self. This rapper guy is the real hero to be honest.
That was kinda the point though, the show wasn't trying to hide this point or anything. Hyungseok says their similar but really they're not at the same time and he knows it. That's why he aspires to keep on fighting like Deokhwa who doesn't have a second body but believes in himself regardless.
In the future this rapper friend's always in the MC's mind as a brave and confidence person that he admires a lot. Then he started to change too
Don't forget that MC had to become handsome and popular to even get close to the self-confidence of Deokhwa.

Nothing prepared me enough for that moment when Basco started crying and Jace laughed at him, it made me cry too lol I'm not even going to lie. They did such a great job with this anime adaptation! Can't wait for a second season!

I love this scene, the lyrics of the song, the sparkle in the characters' eyes and Vasco's crying, I can't believe it's been a year since I watched it.
Im suprised how much i loved this. I went in with no expectations and I'm more than astounded at how quickly I felt attached to the characters.

I binged watch this on Netflix when I didn't have my phone. Idk why but I really liked it and I'm gonna start the webtoon. Used to be bullied slightly and made fun of and used to be fat when i was younger like 7-8. I've grown and lost the weight anyways so that's why i really like Daniel / Hyungseok. I also like Jay since I'm quiet and never talk really in school. I hope the webtoon will be good.

I love this song. I've repeated it at least more then 8 time idk lost count. But it helps me to make peace with myself and my thoughts. When I first heard the dude sing in the anime I was mesmerised and almsot broke down. His voice is angelic and helps me make peace and be calm ❤❤
