If they built their own platform meaning their own video sharing website, then they would be owners/bosses. That's like using my house and my marketing to sell your product then calling yourself the boss. No, I decide what is sold and what isn't in my house that you pay rent for. Same with youtube. Nothing to do with receiving payments.

"Fresh & Fit and all other channels that may be owned or operated by Gaines and Weekes is suspended indefinitely from the CZcams Partner Program. This action against FreshandFit channel is in response to repeated violations of our policies, including our Advertiser-Friendly Guidelines and Community Guidelines."
"Although we don't typically specify reasons for content decisions like this, their history of incidents that have led to demonetization include overt racism, brazen misogyny, a penchant for violent altercations, and abuse of copyright law via false claims."
His previous job was him chasing down cartel members near Laredo Texas most he was an agent with Homeland Security, he wasnt necessarily tasked with tracking down traffickers as this is stepping into the FBI’s jurisdiction
