    Very nicely made footrests, however as they are touring footrest I'm supprised MOTONE don't offer a rubber insert to dampen vibration and prevent fatigue or tingling at motorway speeds? Or maybe they will wait for customer feedback?
    They look good, being stainless they should offer them in a polished version for the chromasexuals out there.

    • @stuartfillingham
      @stuartfillingham  Před 3 lety +2

      rubber can actually increase vibration. Motone decided there would be too much stiction on the sole, plus of course rubber wears out.

  • @stecornes

    I won't buy from Motone anymore as I thought their customer services was disgraceful. I bought the Bonneville helmet lock and the bolt supplied to fasten the lock to the mounting bracket was too long and if fitted would have damaged the frame of the bike. Rather than troubling them with sending a replacement, I cut the bolt down to the correct length. Unfortunately, as I had Hagon shocks the lock would not fit my bike (nothing to do with the bolt it was the shape of the bracket and the top shroud on my shocks), I contacted them for a return and let them know about the issue with the bolt, to my amazement they would not accept my return as I had fixed their production problem, I felt this was unfair as I could not try to fit the lock until I was confident it wouldn't damage my bike, so I complained and my complaint was just dismissed which was abysmal customer service.

    • @stecornes
      @stecornes Před 3 lety

      @@julesnotverne726 I expected more from Motone from what others had said about them. I thought I was doing them a favour by fixing the problem with the lock they supplied, so I was shocked that was used against me when it wouldn't fit my bike.
