How do you do maternity leave? What happens if you have a baby while on a contract?

We just discussed with the facility that once the baby arrived, we'd be taking time off for maternity leave. You can decide how much time off you'd like or if you want to simply end the contract then. Just know that maternity leave is unpaid in most cases as travelers.

Hi! Just seeing this video now haha my husband and I traveled for 4 years tg (both occupational therapists) and we now “settled” in PA and have an 8 month old. We are always open to traveling in the future but now having a baby, how would you go about handling childcare? In our experience, sometimes contracts come together rather last minute… thanks!!
