Yeah it's a bit weird. They wouldn't show the person actively falling apart, but they left the bloody chunks left behind.
@@lizard1255 easier to have something fall apart in a medium that's still images. In animation you'd have to account for their innards more, and that would absolutely shift the age rating. Its the same way Toga wears a bodysuit after transforming back, it's just harder to constantly have the right angle when animated.

Decay was so terrifying in its first moments because it DIDN'T turn things to dust. In the manga, it essentially formed fissures on whatever he touched, then that thing would fall apart along said fissures. Including his dog. And sister. And parents. And house. In that order. All left behind chunks.
It still drew blood even up to Overhaul arc

Just to clear up potential confusion:
All for one = can steal and give quirks. This power is used to render heroes entirely useless, all while making All for one exponentially stronger each time. Multiple quirks can be used at once for maximum effectiveness, such as spearlike bones, three strength enhancing quirks, impact recoil, springlike limbs, decay, new order, you name it. This power is also used to jam countless quirks into basically flesh puppets, turning them into multi-quirked monstrosities, the first one we ever see being able to go toe-to-toe with One for all in the hands of All Might, who is widely regarded as the strongest hero.
One for all = stockpiles power and can be transferred between people
One for all stockpiles ACROSS USERS, meaning that the first use gets stronger and stronger due to the "stockpile" bit, and that power doesn't get reset when it gets passed on. The next person just improves it further. If somebody who inherits One for all already has a quirk, their quirk merges with One for all, and then grows stronger alongside One for all, and can also be passed on to the next user. It's confusing, but that's the best way I can describe it.

I'm going to explain something to you since I don't feel like you really got it (About One For All and All For One)
So,
Yoichi and All for One (AFO) were brothers, but Yoichi was quirkless while AFO's quirk was, indeed, the ability to steal other's powers and then give it to someone else.
AFO used this quirk to manipulate society as he was donating powers to quirkless people and making them happy...by asking them something in return:
He would do all of that if they accepted to follow him and protect him, by considering him their leader. That was really important to people because they were in a time where quirks had just appeared and society needed a leader.
Yoichi didn't like all of this and wasn't happy of what his brother was doing, but...he was quirkless, so he couldn't really help it.
One day AFO injected Yoichi a quirk against his will, which was a quirk that accumulated power. Came out that Yoichi wasn't actually quirkless: His quirk was appearently nonsense, since it could only be given.
Yoichi's quirk and the one his brother gave him morphed together into One For All (OFA) and Yoichi donated it to someone before he died.
AFO kept ruling over Japan as years passed by, fighting the successors of OFA who were still donating that same quirk to a successor they chose, until All Might came and defeated him.
All Might gave his quirk to Deku and months later discovered that the strength of all the successors including their quirks were all safe in OFA, and that Deku could use them ALL! That's it, I guess😂

The lack of hawks in this video is criminal since his quirk is easily more powerful than half of the quirks that did make it into this ranking.
-his feathers convert the vibrations in the air into information which enables him to see and hear everything within a big radius of each feather
-he can detach and telepathically move each feather at an insane speed
-he can fly at the speed of a jet/airplane
-one single feather is strong enough to lift a person
-he can harden and sharpen his feathers to various degrees which makes it possible to turn them into insanely sharp knives or swords (depending on size) as well as lift up things and civilians without harming them
-he has an insane amount of feathers (have you seen how large his wings are????)
-his feathers grow back insanely quickly and his wings can even fully recover from injuries that would usually be permanent
-no drawbacks
-only weakness is that his feathers burn as easily as regular bird feathers
About Mirio(this first guy). He cant go to earth core becose he suffocate after... a minute or two. When he uses his power he cant breathe. And when he is inside a wall and stop using quirk he imidiently is pushed out of it. This is part of his fighting style.

Decay didnt need a body modification to destry a city
He needed the modification to gain all for one quirk and enchants his body
His quirk awakened first before hi modification
So decay is still terrifying with or without those
All-for-one (the villainous quirk), allows the user to steal any quirk from someone they touch. A large amount can be stockpiled at a time and can be used together (if used right) to increase strength and eliminate weaknesses. The stolen quirks can also be given to others if he wishes, some people can hold multiple quirks at a time while some can't.
One-for-All (the hero quirk), allows the user to pass on their quirk and all the other past users' quirks to the next holder. One-for-All strengthens quirks over time making some of the older user's quirks much more powerful, and multiple can be used at a time if used right. The past users' consciences and experiences are also present for guiding the current holder.
basic understanding of these quirks, enjoy all :)
Simple version:
All for One is the ability to steal quirks without limit and use any quirk he steals even multiple at once. He can also give quirks to people (or force it into them, he doesn't care.)
One for All is a quirk that stockpiles energy to increase ones physical capabilities as well as their quirk. It can be transferred to another person to increase it's energy and after a certain point, it can access a the previous users quirks which are all powered up by OFA.
Both quirks have vestiges, or spirits of the original quirk user, that exist after a quirk is taken/transferred. They can interact with the current user giving them knowledge or can damage the quirk from the inside by fighting each other or the current user's vestige. If a vestige of a quirk dies, the quirk is gone forever.
It's insane that Monoma and Toga's quirks aren't included, but Acid is. They could literally use any of these guy's quirks aside from OFA and AFO.
Blackhole should've definitely been included too, it's one of the most destructive ones in the series
I imagine they're both not included because they inherently require you to have access to someone else for their Quirk. Given you can't always have a specific person on tap for things, it'll impact overall versatility. They're really strong powers between them but the strict requirements probably nudged them out.

Ok here's a quick breakdown of how All for One & One for All work.
All for One - allows the user to take and give quirks from and to other people All for One being a villain he went around for over 50 years stealing people's quirks an# has at minimum over 100 quirks in him.
One for All - it allows you to grow the quirk. then pass it on to a successor and every person to get the quirk not only adds the base increase but also adds whatever quirk the previous users were born with as well. The main character Deku is the 9th user of this quirk. He has 7 quirks in him and by the end of the series is not only able to use them all but can combine them to make them stronger together overall. That's the theme.
All for One is a villain quirk. Claiming all power for himself.
One for All is a hero quirk. Combining powers from generation to generation of heroes to make sure the person with one for all is a person who is strong enough to save everyone.

quirks are genetic, they get passed down along family lines. new ones can mutate (shigaraki, eri), be born from combinations of the parents' quirks (bakugo, todoroki) or be carried through recessive genes and atavisms (several characters have physical traits unrelated to their quirk, like a bird head, green hair or stone skin, carried forward through recessive genes).
because the brothers were genetically related, when their quirks awakened, they were nigh-identical. awakening usually happens by age 4, though the brothers were in the first quirk generation so theirs likely awakened later in life, as shown in a flashback. all for one is the ability to take, store, use and grant stolen quirks to others. one for all started as a deformed version of all for one, with one for all having the ability to store and grant quirks, but not the ability to take or use them.
the older brother, all for one, is evil and wanted his younger brother in on his schemes. the younger brother, yoichi, hated his older brother's evil ways and fought against him, despite being frail and sickly. to try and convince his brother to join him, all for one stole a quirk that can stockpile strength, he was trying to bolster yoichi's condition. when he did that, yoichi's quirk activated and stored the stockpiling quirk, merging with it, and becoming one for all.
all for one continues to live, having stolen life-extending quirks, and continues to hunt his brother's quirk to try and steal it. yoichi, long dead, has thrown his quirk forward by passing it to a successor, and then the 2nd passing it to a 3rd, and so on. and each time it's passed, one for all grows, mutates, and strengthens.
one for all stores things, including the quirks and memories of its past wielders, and stockpiles power every time it's passed or used. the early users were weak, not having stockpiled enough strength to resist yoichi's brother or the all for one quirk. it took 7 passes, 8 generations of heroes, to stockpile the power to fight all for one. one for all is like the avatar state, passing power and memories from person to person, growing stronger each time, if that makes sense.
It's essentially quite similar to how x-men mutants are born mutants but develop the mutations later in life. Although unlike mutants who develop it in puberty a lot of the time, in my hero academia, characters develop their powers in toddler age.
(Basically your genetics determine if you will have a power or not, but most kids have their powers start to surface around age

Depending on the quirk a person can lose it, for example if some shoots fire only from their hands and they lose their hands they can’t shoot fire anymore unless some decides to heal them.

Overhaul: this quirk was not given justice in the video this quirk is able to revive, cure people’s sickness, give limbs, instantly kill people, TAKE PEOPLES QUIRKS, put people in a coma, make objects liquids, explode things, and change the shape of anything

All for one AFO was one of the first humans to gain powers. He can rob others and gain them. He can also pass copies of the powers he took to others. He used his powers to become the greatest villian. One for all OFA was his powers power created from his original power and the power he received. However as he stood for justice he fought his evil brother and lost. He passed on his power to another and they continued to pass it on. It got stronger with each new welder. He was never able to steal it as it also carried the wills of those who had it and they resisted him. Only deku the main character was able to tap into the ability to use the previous users quirks. After slowing down his age AFO and OFA battle has continued for more than a century. With AFO taking lethal damage that limited his ability to use his powers he copied and passed on his power and all the powers he stole to his successor.
All the powers he has is black whip, fajin, smoke screen, danger sense, float, and shift gear. Black whip turns your shadow into black whips that extend to grab things, like Spiderman. Danger sense is basically spider sense. Smoke screen makes a smoke screen elite from the body. Float makes the user or something they touch float. Fajin allows one to store and release kinetic energy for later. Finally shift gear is newest revealed that allows one to adjust the speed of themselves or others to make them faster. From 2x to 5x as fast. Allow one throw faster and harder punches.

Bakugou should have got at least an honorable mention. Film theory said he could sweat a swimming pool of explosives in a few seconds. He could easily take out a city if he sweat everywhere before setting his quirk off. He just uses it differently because he is a hero and not a villain.

So to answer your question in the beginning, yes there are people without quirks. These people are known as quirkless and are discriminated against a lot. About 80% of the population has quirks which is why being quirkless is so wierd.
Mirio doesn't get stuck if he goes solid in the wall he'll be pushed out of the object at insane speeds

People are born with quirks that are inherited from their parents quirks for example a character named Bakugou has a quirk where he sweats nitroglycerin from his palms and can ignite it and his parents quirks were acid sweat and glycerin sweat so the factors combined into that but a small amount of people have mutations where the kids quirk isn't inherited but just random. Only about 80% of people are born with quirks and 20% aren't born with them and they don't actually work until around the age of 4 when they activate or something

just an information that was confirmed from the author himself a few months ago, since Overhaul lost his arms, his quirk adjusted itself and now he can use it with his feet (however he is now too mentally broken to realize that)
you are born with a quirk. but you don't manifest it until you're 4 years old. and some people are not born with quirks.

Quirks come at age four, if not before that. You to to the quirk doctor if it doesn’t come. It’s either late or your quirk less.
All for one, the jinzo looking dude, is the main badie. One for all is the quirk that got passed to 7 or 8 other people, including All Might who eventually passed it on to Deku, the main character.

In early years it wasn't common to have a quirk. But in the generation of our young heroes, is EXTREMELY rare to be born without one.
With permeation, there were several downsides like the ones stated in the video plus the downside that if he makes his head intangible, he can't see or hear anything, he also gives up his quirk, allowing himself to get hit by a bullet that gets rid of quirks in order to save a little girl
With overhaul, as stated, his quirk involved his hands so he needed his hands to use it, since he lost his hands, he can't use his quirk. But there are other ways people can lose their quirks
With Decay, he did in fact learn abiut his quirk by accidentally disintegrating his family and his dog, and the hands on his face and body are his family's hands

One for all & All for one. No personalities do not transfer. The user of all for one is evil and could steal any quirk in an unknown way and use them or give them to others however he wants. He gave his younger brother a stockpiling quirk as a way to taunt his brother by saying "if you want to beat me, go ahead and try". The user of all for one is good and passes his quirk from person to person, collecting the quirk of every past user and giving them to the next person in line as long as they can master them. The quirks collected include a smoke screen, an upgraded spidey sense, levitation, enhanced strength, even more enhanced strength based off of kinetic force, an infinite amount of black energy whips, and other unknown quirks. In the end it will basically be All for one vs One for all

So eraserhead can negate multiple targets at once which is even stated in the video. One of the things to keep in mind is while he is not good at fighting the many opponents alone he is still capable of handling groups with just a few people like ya know 20 people with 4 type thing.
All for one is bad and his brother is good, and all for one probably means all people too serve under one person and one for all probably means one person to protect all people

There's vary in not just the type of quirks, but how powerful they are.
Like, Uraraka and Deku's mom technically have the same quirk. However, Uraraka's quirk is more powerful given how much she can lift with her levitation power while Deku's mom can generally only lift small everyday objects like a mug or book or something.

Also Tje guy name All For One has the ability to give amd take quirks and his little brother, One For All, had the ability to pass it on so when AFO(ALL FOR ONE) gave him the power he thought that he didnt have a quirk but he did so One For All passed his quirk to someone and then they kept passing it on till Deku/Izuku Midoryia, Now Deku has all tje quirks of tje past users.ALSO no you cant get ur quirk taken, besides from AFO or the Eri bullet (the villians made a bullet from Eri's blood to take away quirks)

No Twice Cloning Quirk, No Bakugo or Shoto Quirk. I Mean, twice is for sure the second strongest villain league member after shigaraki (Dabi is OP too but his quirk has a lot of downsides) not seeing him and seeing compress is a shame, Todoroki is litterally the definition of a strong and almost perfect quirk, and bakugo is extremely strong. Seeing Mina's quirk above is also a shame.

1. All For One + Decay of shigaraki
2. One For All
3. New Order
4. Eri's rewind (huge potential of healing and destroying people instantly, the only downside is the mobility)
5. Twice's quirk
6. Aizawa's erasure
7. Shoto's quirk (much more potential than Endeavor and Dabi's quirks)
8. Bakugo's quirck
9. Gigantomachia's quirk
10. Mirio's quirk
