Andrew have you thought about making the chain saw usable by by using a old chain and a motor with the foam teeth would look brilliant plus instead of wood pvc piping

Andrew you should make some newer gears weapons like thr lancer from gears 5. Sniper rifle, and Gnasher shotgun
how often do you sharpen your blade? foam destroys blades
Do you think you could do the rifle variant of the Blade from Vanquish at a later date. Just finished up this tutorial and now I’m working on alternative projects like the ARS from Vanquish

What print setting should I use for the lancer? The one I printed seems slightly small.
How would we make the hand grip to rev up the blades?
I have a plastic pipe for the barrel, what would you suggest I use to makes the grooves at the end of the barrel. Cutting with a knife is proving difficult, messy, and somewhat dangerous
Where do you get your foam from? Also, what size/thickness are you using? I'd love to make the ODST armor

Hey Andrew,
I saw that you used wood. And although it works there is no hole in the barrel. You could actually use PVC pipe, very light and easily painted and cut. It also is only like $3 U.S. and even has a hole straight through it to give a genuine barrel look. And if you're wondering it is plastic so it will hold up pretty well against most damages.

How hot is the heat gun?
Canny0403 Plays Hotter than a hair dryer. They're like $10-15. Yes you do need it
actually my hairdryer works perfectly well soooooo, It has some crazy heat settings thats why.
Does your hot glue melt the foam?
Hot glue it's not hot enough to melt the foam
Ok, just it melted my xps so i was wondering about eva as i haven't used it yet.
So far I haven't melted any of my eva props so I will say it's safe to use it on that.
