Yes I am very attached to my chickens as well and so many things can fo wrong but if they get to enjoy their lives and we do the best we can for them they are still more lucky than most chickens in the world@@GrannysCoop
I’m not sure, but that is a beautiful bird. It also come in the golden version also. To me they are a lot like the Seabright, but the pattern is polka dotted.😊🥰
@@GrannysCoop the large one were stunning birds to watch free-range, the most alert of any birds we had, I don't recall but my wife have a dozen or so varieties of Bantams, I got tired of building isolation cages for her fertile pure egg adventure. We had hawks, skunks, coons, coyotes, did my share of predator control, don't ask! The Hamburgs we're the first sentry, then the geese would squawk but they didn't like handling at all, but stunning to watch.
We had a neighbor move and abandon a beautiful rooster who adopted us. He is quite happy now with his two true blue hens. He loves to strut his Seabright self!
It's hard to find good seabrights anymore. Most of the ones you see nowadays have almost all black breasts and underbellies. I even seen them with single combs and regular rooster tails being passed off as seabrights. I prefer the goldens, but almost never see good ones anymore.
You seem to be having fun as the big roosters attack the little helpless bantam. One accurate shot can kill him. Just because he's small and fast doesn't mean they can't hurt him. True animal lovers never put their pets at risk of injury or death. You have shared some useful tips and take this as my tip for you.
I was introducing the two batams to the rest of my chickens. They had been in a confined space for several weeks. I put them back after the first introduction because of the aggression. The second attempt was much smoother. There is always a risk when introducing chickens. We were there to protect. They all eventually become friends and got along. Since this video my two big roosters were killed by a fox. They were protecting the flock. Alfredo and Prissy survived the attack.
Lacks lacing in the cackle beautiful birds other wise

You’re welcome and thank you! Seabrights are amazing little birds. Love your name, that’s my granddaughter’s name.💖
I had silver Seabrights when I was a kid. Great little birds. So perky, friendly, will seek to interact with people and great for showing.
Love them. These two are older, but still so energetic. I’m not a small chicken person, but I have grown to love these babies.❤️
Beautiful little birds😍
They are the sweetest things. They are so fun to watch with the bigger chickens. They think they are just as big as them.🤣
I love how you included all your chicken names. People think I’m crazy for naming all 30 of my chickens and remembering them.
I LOVE those! Sorta reminds me of silver laced wyandottes.
A fiesty Miniature version.🤣

They lived a happy life here. I still miss them. ❤️ I have two guineas that are attached like this now. It’s crazy how attached I get to my birds.

Thank you so much! Alberto is molting right now.🤣 Their personalities are so big. I truly enjoy just sitting and watching them.🥰
I raise silvers now. Used to keep the Goldens too. They are a little high strung but very enjoyable.

Has anyone tried Silver Speckled Hamburgs Bantams, had the full size. Are the Bantams on the flighty side?

This year for me has been the summer of the foxes. Hawks have always been my number one problem, but I ran the KFC for the fox this year.😡🦊
Hes not very hen feathered. He is probably very fertile then. My experience breeding them
Great and cute video. Thank you
yes, i thought the same... the male looks like a cross with a bantam modern game going by the length of leg and posture.

They make me laugh! To be so little they have the personality of a full grown rooster. God blessed both of you on how that worked out.🥰🐓
I had two silver seabrights hens named terimisu and Oreo
They are beautiful birds and very friendly.😊
