Jess!!! I recently found you and I’m so happy I did! I’m a new subscriber and binge watching your videos lol. You have already taught me some things that I’ve never heard from other Etsy trainers/courses, and I’m thrilled!! May I just ask one quick question regarding my titles. I also make and sell jewelry (mine is boho inspired). If I am selling for example a silver and turquoise necklace, do I need to put a comma between my words?

Always write a title so it's easy to read for a human! The search AI is smart enough to combine words in different ways whether you have a comma or not. So I'd write 'Silver Turquoise Necklace' :) And thanks for watching!

Good morning Jess, I've already signed up for your SUS course and Thrivers Circle as I know I need help, lots of help.
I've had my own Etsy shop for 7 years this month and am now realizing how many mistakes I'm making !!! I'm selling with about a 2% conversion rate, I know pathetic and I'm realizing that in many cases I am pricing too low.
So looking forward to the 24th to hopefully start rectifying these mistakes.
