I’ve definitely made sales from TikTok obviously only a few, but even so it does work! What I sell isn’t large volume and is just one off but TikTok is the way to go.
I think it is looking really good for artists. I really have to work on it more too

So amazing for them! I love seeing success stories like this. Having a following on social media (hello, TikTok) is clearly a huge boon. It's growing that following that is tricky.

Fortunately Tiktok is one of the only (I think) social media platform that can get you viral and garner a lot of followings easily. Just have to study what strategy works using trends, sounds etc. My account has nothing to do with my shops but I’m randomly at 20k and a video just went viral a day ago that was unexpected. Worth a try!

How can a shop ship so many orders per day physically? Are they a factory?
They have a small team and a long processing time, but from what I see this amount was a surprise for them so they will be flat out
So are these spin buys against etsy rules?
I am still searching to find the policy but I remember reading that things like mystery boxes and raffles were not allowed, the customer has to know what they are getting. I cant find it now tho! I will link it when I find it

Etsy is a joke. I have about one sale every three months...so I guess my 724 listings that are optimized with long tail keywords, all in the tags, title and description. A complete waste of time and money...only sellers who have been on the platform for years can make it. I have been on since 2009....just got serious with the shop November of 2022 and I can't give the crap away. Etsy and successful sellers give loser like me false hope
either 2 things: 1) something somewhere went viral 2) erank themselves is updating the numbers due to some glitch etc. shrugs

@@PamDuthie yeah i mean if you do the math, the daily tiktok new views and shop came back online from vacation mode (+ any pre-orders) does make this plausible. Still, 9000 one day is a crazy number :) and physical products too! all the best luck to them regarding fulfillment.
