Seeing all those index cards sorted is so satisfying. I've been waiting for this video all day honestly, I need those chill vibes because I've got a scary appointment tomorrow about possibly being autistic. Watching your videos gave me that extra courage to ask about it (and it gave me a hyper fixation on journaling right now, too).
Love to see you take up skateboarding (again, I guess!) - I've always wanted to but it terrifies me haha. Roller blading, too. I hope you have tons of fun with both, they can be so rewarding. I used to ice skate and the feeling of zooming around the ice was like nothing else in my life - I imagine it can be similar.

this just unlocked a memory of me being super into watching tony hawk videos and being so sure i wanted to learn how to skateboard, even going as far as looking up what skate model i wanted to get. in the end i didn't buy one, and tbh i'd most likely rarely use it. this just made me want to get a longboard to cruise again though. the model you got is so nice, love its design! 🥰also happy maneskin day, their music is a 100/10!

No way! My hyper fixation this week was skateboarding too! but in my case I decided to gift my old skate to a younger friend who started skating and doesn’t have her own :).
Also I wanted to thank you: I added the “week tracker” to my to do list in my planner and I absolutely love it! I can rarely finish a task in one sitting and also have to flow with whatever energy I wake up with, so it’s works really well for me :D.
It is flexible and an easy way to see what I’ve been up to during the week; also makes me feel productive whatever little I might do. Genius 💕 thank you so much for sharing!

hey megan! since you are answering some questions: how would i recommend i bring up that i want to get an autism assessment? i'm a lil nervous and i also don't know who i should go to 😔
i think it depends too much on individual circumstance to give general advice, but when i first approached telling people (my parents, for example), i looked for a simplified list of the diagnostic criteria and wrote about how each one affected my life (if it did). that way, it didn't seem so random or 'out of the blue' and showed that i'd been thinking about it really seriously etc. in a more practical sense, you would probably need to contact your doctor for a referral or a diagnostic clinic if you want to pay for it privately. you can bring your notes to this appointment too- it helps a lot!

i find it inspiring how you pursue every little hobby and passion that flows through your mind! everytime I feel curious about something I question too much if it is worth spending time exploring it because I feel like I have to "complete" a hobby before passing on the next one. The result is that I get bored by my current hobby (maybe because I'm forcing it) and I have plenty of things I'm curious about 🥲
You still trying to learn how to roller skate?
yes! i'm still roller skating but it's pretty difficult with a dog lol- if you need to react quickly to a situation, you can't because the wheels are attached to you. i intend to keep practicing while also skateboarding daily (much easier with a dog lol, can just step off the board) and later decide which i prefer 😌
