Well, there is a mod called Galacticraft where you can go to other planets, make bases, and upgrade your rocket. It adds quite a few new resources and things to do. It’s hard but a lot of fun and since you talked about a space mod in Minecraft, I immediately thought of this.

I would like to see a hollow knight mod with infected enemies and vessels that turn into shades when they die.
Of course you haven't played hollow knight on this channel I don't know if you have played hollow knight at all but it's an amazing indie metroidvania made by team cherry, it's 15 bucks but has better content than most AAA games and if your interested in the game and take your time with it you will probably get 60+ hours out of the game also check out mergs vids on it if you're interested
