Thank you so much, great video
Thank you for this video, very easy to understand and follow, I look forward to more. Im now a subscriber to your channel
Thanks and welcome!
Dynamite. Thank you !
Outstanding! How would I adjust your middle passes since you have a 30W at 100% to a 20W?
19th I go wheels up! All I think about is getting to this class!!!
See you soon!
Cool Video. You didn't say what metal you were using? Titanium or Stainless?. Also when you move the Galvo up by this much the image will get larger so it will bleed past the original engraving.
How are you keeping the lines from distorting and effecting the engraving by going out of focus like that?
Since it's out of focus it really only polish and colors as opposed to actually engraving.
im so glad that guy hasnt shut up about you guys infringing his patent (that hasnt been accepted yet) otherwise i never would have found this video
Thanks for watching! Hope you enjoyed both shows.
@@SA_Laserwill you please answer my question that is directly below this comment?
So are we using the original image with all these settings or are we drawing a Rectangle (or whatever) around our engraving and just cleaning everything in that area? Thanks for the video dudes!!!!
It depends on how you want to do it, in this example we just put a rectangle around the already engraved area and did it that way, but we've done some other pieces where we took the negative segments of the image we engraved and made THOSE the polished portions. So I recommend just messing around with a few scrap pieces of material and see what you like best :)
Thank you so much for providing this information!
Can I ask what Q pulse settings should be?
Very good video thank you for sharing the knowledge.
Would this work with my 60w mopa jpt? I gave a 150 lens
The theory will work for any laser. You will want to convert the power setting (x*30)/60. If you are using mm you will also have to convert the speed (x*25.4). With the 150mm lens you will likely have to adjust the mm out of focus as well.
Are the settings the same with EZCAD?
yes, mostly EZCAD operates in mm/sec instead of inches/sec, everything else is the same
I want to do a course Im in New Zealand.
I don't know
