Thank you so much, I was able to get my grandma’s old milk separator together!

I’m desperately looking for the nut that holds the centrifuge together. Anyone know where I might buy one?

This helped so much. But one more question, how do you change the cream consistency?

there is a square hole in the top of the outer shell do not turn more than a quarter turn at a time I believe turning to the right makes it thicker and left makes it thinner

I have a S-2 Separator. some of my discs have little notches on the top part by the notches, do those have any relevance as to which order they go in? also i am wondering if you by chance have a manual for your S-3 and if it is similar to the S-2 IH one that i have?

I do have a manual for the S-3 I bought it off the internet as far as similarities I have never had hands on a S-2 the little notches definitely have relevance the shaft they fit on is triangle shaped but not a perfect triangle spin the first disc till it drops down the shaft in place notice where the notch is all the rest of the notches will be in the same location they are there to help you line up the disc's hopefully I have explained this so a person can understand what I am seeing in my head
