I know you normally don’t show the backyard but I would really like to see them because they have some structures in the backyard that I can use for ideals for mine I love the idea when you’re going to the office and sit behind the desk that is fantastic thank you

The bathroom set up alone !! This plan is 🔥 and I agree with the whole separate formal dinning room making a comeback . This plan is just so well though out it has a little of everything. I’m assuming this is on the higher end just under 1 mil as optioned out ? Maybe $800k and some change … ? But I mean even the damn media room with cabinets and wet bar wow ! 🔥🔥🔥

I feel like when there is a huge island with bar stools and then a breakfast nook on top of a formal dining area it’s overkill on the eating areas since you can only be at one at a time, unless you have a party or something lol .

Some plans might offer an owners bedroom upstairs or what they some times call a gen suite.. I do not believe this floorplan offers it but I know of others that do.
