@@warshawik I think they said in the past that unless something isn’t working as initially intended (e.g when Radovid + uprising gave two extra scythemen) they won’t do hotfixes - I think they said it’s because it would disrupt the pro scene and give an unfair advantage to players who used certain decks at the beginning of the season, not knowing that it would get changed half way through
Everyone has a mahakam ale or purify, so i prefer arcane tome instead of 6 prvsn lock. Any downsides of it? İt helps so much with destroying somethings and also thinning.
Yeah I think arcane tome is really underrated in the current meta, against renfri it just gives you a free special tutor knowing your opponent can’t use it back

I think Handbuff Renfri, while maybe not the most effective, is probably the most obnoxious. The sequencing is almost exactly the same for every match. It just makes for a powerful reminder that everyone is playing the same 2-3 decks with the same critical key card in all of them.
If you're talking about the Aretuza themes, wait until the Aretuza Journey is available for purchase again this year -- most Price of Power battle themes are unlocked through that premium journey tree.
i dont understand why dont you always start with seige at the very beginning of the round. you choose to play king henselt first, if you don't have king henselt, you will play engine first even if you have seige. I really don't understand that
Getting siege down early establishes engine dominance, gives us more removal options and the bombardment will make it difficult for the opponent to get their engines to stick. I find this is the best way to create board contrast early and maintain it throughout the round.
It's a deck that thins down to 1 card round 3. NG plays xarthisius, triss merigold, and yennifer divination with imperial golem as the card you leave in deck. Then xar triss and yenn play for 12+ points each and finish with vilgefortz to pull golem out.

If people run Renfri without Oneiro I don't think we need Siege with Oneiro. We have double bronze thinning, Jon, AA and Henselt. Oneiro feels too slow when deck can put up 30pts a turn this month. AA is the way imo.

Indeed, any deviation from the "standard" renfri handbuff deck, would make it less optimal. Hence, the predictability.

It's not just the cards, but the order in which they are played, when and how many leader charges are used and even when they play Renfri.
