Thank you for this deck Q! At the end of the day you are still a content creator and you have to do Renfri decks. Those who follow you know you're not abusing Renfri and are aware its broken. Good to see someone who may have the influence to show how broken it is to the devs!
I feel Renfri was supposed to feel right at home in the Syndicate. Perhaps she can be a frequent Syndicate card even after the nerf - the Fee mechanic on the units lends a lot to it.
Milva's ability gets triggered by a scoia card played no tags, so chameleon from black sun also works as it is played you can get her with two of them to like 16 with a 10 turn play
Unfortunately renfri is , in fact a win condition or at least a guaranteed win for a decent built deck because there’s renfri every single match in every deck now at 1 digits rank
Difficult to pull off but if you’re up against saskia it might be worth slamming leader charges to take her out and whatever unit she spawned if played early
I have never once seen that Invigorate list not pump two leaders into Farseer turn one. Played at least 10 matches against it this season, every time it’s like clockwork
Nilfgaard Assimilate and Skellige Pirates have been up there for some time. Between patches maybe a couple cards change, but the foundation stays the same.
"So they don't play around Renfri". How do you play around Renfri? Play Uma to get Traehearn to hopefully discard it if it's on top 3? There is no way to play around it. That is literally why this god damn card is broken
Knowing we are playing her may impact their sequencing is what I meant. Renfri players are usually aggressive early on and looked to be saved by Renfri late game. If we can act as though we aren't running her we have an advantage for late game.
NR - Muzzle/Heatwave siege or Golden Nekker knights, ST Invigorate Renfri or Movement Saskia/Renfri, NG Renfri Assimilate, SK Renfri Pirates, MO Kelly or Renfri vampires, SY this deck or Golden Nekker poison (OTB or HC)
@@IvixOnPING I’m in pro, but I don’t know how to make a list tbh. I’ve never done it before haha. I do recall that Misterhabbla made a succubus deck a little while ago, that is similar to my death wish deck. Some of the cards I have are different, but you could check his video out for the idea
THere are too many ridiculously strong cards this season. Too many Low provision, HIGH points with NO consquences or set up. It's fking stupid. Gwent is fking shitt
Somehow i find SY the easiest to play of all factions... Without runemage the blessing are often times totally useless, playing here as last card i get blessing like: cd7 turns, boost units by 1 and such. Thats not helpfull and feels terrible. Also lacking draw at times.
Imo there aren't really any bad curses to roll. I could see concern for blessings as 3 of them wouldn't have much of an impact however to roll all 3 of them at once is very unlikely. The worst case Renfri play on a last turn still plays above her provisions in value. Runemage could be added if you really wanted to but it would likely cost us our Professor since we need our tribute and thinning cards.
In half the games shown we won hard without playing Renfri. I know it's a toxic card but it makes this deck more competitive right now. When Renfri gets nerfed next season this deck will still be good.

Can you damage highest power unit while being in immunity status with bare knuckle damage card?
Yes, however it'd be very difficult to remove if the opponent has multiple units on the board.

What do you do against Sihil decks? No real way to boost up the 3 one power tokens they spawn and once it gets up to 4 there's nothing you can do.
Sihil doesn't sound like a favorable matchup.

I'd likely play Knickers and a consistency tutor such as Vivaldi Bank or Royal Decree, possibly Oneiromancy.
