Does the google calendar booking page allow for different appointment types/durations? I have new patients (60min), returning patients (60,30m), brief introductory sessions (20min), Prescription renewals(5m), Lab Orders(5min). Also is there a way to book extra time to any given appointment (e.g. 10,15,30 minute increments)?
Yes, to the first part, you can have different appointment schedulers on one calendar. No, to your second question of can they add on extra time, unfortunately, that isn't a feature in Google appointment scheduler.
Does the Google Cal Stripe integration allow you set up recurring subscriptions? This is something Calendly does not do, so I'm looking for alternatives. Basically so somebody buys a paid consultation with you and it automatically repeats and charges them every month until they unsubscribe. Maybe you know if Google Cal Stripe integration can do this?
No it's just for one-off bookings. However, Stripe has a great recurring subscription option natively that once someone buys you could send them a non-paid Google Appointment Cal link using Zapier automatically.
@@TheSmarterCreative Thank you for the response. Spent half an hour on the phone with Square just now and found they can do a cal embed with recurring subscription/events that also accepts money with PayPal. I'm going to switch from Calendly to Square now to do this.
@@buildinpublic I haven't personally used it, but I've set it up for a client who has a salon and it's great to be able to add different staff + offer types!
Hey, thanks for the video! I have an isse with this, i wonder if you encountered it. I followed this steps, but for some reason the payment is not automatically captured, i need to manually approve it which defeats the whole purpose of this. I've talked to both Google and Stripe and apparently I need to change this via the Stripe API which is a whole new level of complexity. Has this happened to someone else?
It is the Business Standard (one up from the base plan) - currently, it is $12/month per user - I actually upgraded because at this level, Google Meet Meetings can be recorded + uploaded into Google Drive workspace.google.com/pricing.html
Very useful. I have finally found a solution to offer lessons to direct clients.
Thank you very much!
Yay!! You're so welcome 🙌

@@buildinpublic Square appointments are super robust. Thanks for the update!

Thanks for the video … can the stripe page be customised to include a place for gift vouchers? Thanks
Unfortunately, not through the Google Appointment Schedulers.
Thank you for this video! Do clients need to have a Google account to book using this method or can anyone book?
No Google Account needed for your client - anyone can use it!
What tier in Google Workspace do you need to be on to have access to this? How much monthly pay? 🙂

No option to connect stripe account on my google calender, any suggestions?
I'd double check your plan includes it! support.google.com/calendar/answer/13762729?hl=en

Do you have a business google workspace account? Which tier are you on?
