This looks so good! To make sure you get toppings on every piece I usually only use half of the chips and then add a layer of topping, then a second layer of chips and repeat!

A trick I learned from my sister to make sure all the chips have cheese and toppings is to stand the chips up instead of laying them flat. This way the cheese and everything melts down into the crevices instead of staying on the flat chip. :)

You should make "kapsalon" one time. its a Dutch (oven) dish with kebap, fries, melted cheese and salad! Everyone in Holland, including the tourist love it!! Its very populair. *fun fact: kapsalon means hairdresser/hairsalon in Dutch. The dish is named after the hairdresser/ hairsalon who invented this dish (only 10 years ago)
