In this TyFlow tutorial we're gonna use physx particles to skin a tendril, then -using tyActors - duplicate it procedurally and obtain a nice motion graphics effect.
Great tutorial I learned a lot about TyActors the result is really cool. I am finding that the bottom section is bound to the plane but that the next part is lagging behind it follows but the bind has excessive stretch. I have tired updating the timesteps and calculation steps in the PhysX setting but its not helping do you have any ideas how to address it?
I answer myself, I share in case it helps someone. To move the floor, you just have to add "Object bind" and select the floor in Tyflow002, from event 002, just below the Physx Switch (kinematic). Thanks again for the tutorial. It is very useful!
Thanks sir reply to me ! I used face fracture but then there has problem with that when i tried face normal or tried local axis for each faces on cylindrical surfce and rotate or spin it gets not perfect rotaion.
@@mangeshkakade2628 you can use the rotation operator and set it to "by surface", picking the source mesh. Better bring this stuff on the facebook tyfllow group tho'!

Cool! It is doubly pleasant when the promise is fulfilled! Subscribed!
I actually needed a tut like this to animate a toothbrush. Nice one!
I did a toothbrush with the same principle, works perfectly
Great tutorial! Thank you!
thanks for wonderful tutorial
Awesome!
Thanks for the great tutorial. What program are you using to make the frames into a video?
you mean the rendered one or to grab the screen? Iirc I used Arnold and fusion for the video, and OBS studio to record the tut

you can activate spring and/or twist in the physx bind operator and go up as much as needed with the values
When moving the floor plane, particles (pillars) do not follow. It is in the location where it was first created.
What should I do?
have you used object bind operator to bind them to the floor?
Hi, thanks for great tutorial, i have a question: if i need move the floor, how add controler dynamic? i like follow inertial force or gravity.

nice. how do you get that script for pivot placement?
That's one of the amazing soulburn scripts. Google it, they are incredibly useful
If i want object on center of face What i can do ? right now i select face then 2 particles generate at faces .
that's because a face is intended as triangles. Instead, create a birth object - pick the geometry - add a face fracture set to "polygons".

can i get your email id So i can send you excat problem with Picture

@@SimoneNastasiVFX I did it.
Link to pivot placer script you are using?
that's part of the Soulburn scripts of the uber artist Neil Blevins. neilblevins.com
