After a lovely frosty morning I headed to the nearby village of Stoke by Clare to walk around some of the interesting historic monuments there including Stoke College, Ashen House and Ashen Church.

Really nicer shots on this one; I thought this was very nicely framed @ 8:30 but then the part at 9:19 was just as good! Winter walking is so wonderful; a time to be alone with your thoughts and yet so many unique vistas.
