The last episode in Sydney starts at Royal North Shore Hospital to visit Zouki, a big concept by Fadi Zouki that is open at most hospitals in Australia.
I received an invitation from Bekaa Dairy to visit and tour the factory, they produce Jebneh Baldiyeh, Labneh, shanklich, Kechek, and many dairy products.
A quick stop at Urbanista, a café at the petrol station, is one of 7 branches, owned by Eddy Nader from Kfarzayna - north Lebanon.
A great stop at Old Time Bakery, which specializes in Gluten-free bread, the packaging is impressive, and the bread is moist, tender, and light.
Next, lunch at Padrino, a modern restaurant with Italian influence, the pasta is made in-house every morning, and the pizza dough is handmade using old Italian traditions.
A quick stop at Sam The Paving Man, Sam is a very inspirational person behind the success of his company.
Before heading to the airport, I had coffee with Carmen’s mother Therese, and left with Kaak for the road.
The airport is huge, I reached the Qantas Platinum and first-class lounge, and I had some wine with a must-try cookie.
I got upgraded to First Class on Qatar Airways A380, the world's largest passenger jet with two decks, I had some good wine with caviar and enjoyed the full experience.

Where is the problem if he says that he speaks "lebanese" ? Here in Germany I also say that I speak bavarian but this does not mean that bavarian ist not German.
