Trump was in the city of Butler, Pennsylvania, one of the states that will decide the upcoming elections. The former president was giving a rally when a series of gunshots were suddenly heard: Trump has been the victim of an attack. In this video, we tell you all the details.

As much as i disagree with Trump on a lot (and also not being American) i'm really annoyed by all the People claiming this was staged.
I've served in the German Military for 6 Years with the Gebirgsjägerbrigade 23 , 2 Tours in Afghanistan, 1 in Kosovo and i doubt very very much you could hire some Marksman who is SO accurate that he manages to just graze the Ear of someone. Hell even if that Guy was close and among the Attendants it would be insanely difficult.
Obviously the Shooter aimed for his Head and to be fair to the Shooters Skill got really really close to hitting it, most People, even Soldiers would have had the first few Shots go above, and to the left and right etc. of the Head.
But it's the USA, and since it's a 2 Party System, both sides will always accuse eachother of "Staged" "Fake" "Hired Actors" and all that other Nonsense People who can't cope with Reality will use.
Yes Trump definitely was almost shot in the Head, and if you doubt that, especially if you're insanely hardcore Anti-Trump, then you're just as naive and dumb as People who are insanely Pro-Trump and would call an Assassination Attempt on Joe Biden "staged".
And lets not kid ourselves, if this had happened to Biden, there would be just as many Trump Voters calling it staged and fake.

Shooter- Registerd Republican with a history of right wing activity. I can see why people would claim it's stagged, but you shouldn't believe everything you read about it because the Kremlin, Korean and Chinese bot farms are heavily active on X, Face Book and Tik Tok

And neither did they - so they were open about that. Would you rather them give speculation as the truth? I’d prefer them to acknowledge speculation as just that - which they did.

I just want to point out that because of how American state primaries can be influenced by voting, Americans will often register as a party they don't usually support enable to keep candidates they don't like from competing on the ballot.

Why do you say stuff like that? State public voting records show that Crooks was a registered Republican. Federal Election Commision documents show that a donor with the same name and address gave $15 to ActBlue, the Democratic fundraising apparatus, on Jan. 20, 2021. Those are public documents.

i am not an American , so i am going to ask something , maybe Americans can answer , is/does the secret service report to the president ? or are they under the direct control of the president ? i mean who do they report to ? who has a responsibility over the secret service ?
They work under the department of Homeland Security so they are technically independent from the President. Basically their job is to be paid to protect high level political figures when they're in and when they've left office if they deem it "necessary".
