This video is neither for nor against the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. Many of you will see it and like the result, others will surely not. Many of you will think that we have left things out. Or that we've been too hard or too complimentary.
What we have tried to do with this video is to examine and analyze the main results of one of the most controversial administrations in the entire political history of the United States. What economic results has Trump achieved in the last four years? What have been his main successes and what has been his main failures? In this video, we give you the main details of Donald Trump's term in the Oval Office.

In a nut shell its a video of babbling. Every economic argument starts out with ontological questions. What is good? Is it good to lower immediate costs and trade with China to free us of opportunity costs to devote resource to make our own? When there were medical shortages with COVID , the risk re
Is it good to have full employment or is it better to raise the threshold of success by forcing failures? To assert anyone of these things is true at all times is babbling. Bankrupting half the population continuously may give rise to tyranny, and misery as we saw in Wiemar. The old saying that one may not take the mill stones in pledge is the idea of not destroying industrial capacity. Continuous negligible unemployment may not also be a good idea given their will be no coercive force to cause people to be more productive. Why work hard if you may just find jobs falling from the sky?
The problem it seems to me that is in 2008 the politically connected decided it was working class people that were the failures . If the market said so they would have often gone bankrupt , but they decided that the government should make them whole which by default shifted the economic blame to labor, not the large FIRE sector of the economy.

"
its far too simplistic to look at the budget deficit. If the government spends money then the contractors and state employees become de facto tax collectors. They take more stuff. If the government lowers taxes then likewise there will be a deficit but the buying power will be for private citizens. I mused that in 2008 that some people would have been agreeable to having a committee figure our what people should be buying as Obama was begging banks to make loans. Well, you could just give people the money and let them figure out what to do with the surplus. So "the deficit" is just printing money. It does not indicate who is getting that increased buying power.

Bill Clinton managed to get the US into a war in Serbia , which took some doing given it was pre 9/11. So I have no idea what you think he would have done for us. The goal was to destabilize North Africa and the Middle East. Clinton would have been pressed into that goal with the magic of 9/11 and the Patriot Act.
I will agree I would certainly prefer to have the conditions of Bill Clinton presidency back. 9/11 was cultural poison.

In this case, random people in Europe and giantic Chinese banks.
I dont really care about "how" the economy is better, when it's better, it's better, the less debt, the better.
The war in Kosovo is nothing compare to the shitshow that bush drag america through in Iraq.
The republican pretend to understand rich people, rich people don't give back to society anything. Reduce corporate tax doesn't mean more job and higher pay, it mean that the ceo are giving more money to us. Shareholders brain can think as far as 6 month into the fucking future at best, if they are choosing between 2 ceo, the one that fire 1000 worker and lobby to reduce the company's taxes by 0.2% win the job.
I don't like paying taxes, i am not paying taxes now but if it can please the liberal so they dont burn half of my business down then i don't care what they use the money for.
Welcome to dying capitalism, where people pretend to work because there are nothing to do. People complaint about government contractors know nothing about government contractor. Why do they so inefficient? Because they're meant to be like that. Because having union waged people pretending to work on something is good for the economy. They are sitting around, don't do their job, get paid by hours. So, they can go home, think about buying a Ford, renovate their kitchen, replacing the AC... Hopefully making more job in the process.
Giving people free money mean businesses loss trust in the currency and raising prices.

@@BeastinlosersHD The problem, and the reason only repealing the mandate passed, is that Trump and the Republicans tried to repeal the Affordable Care Act without having any kind of plan to replace it with. As imperfect as the ACA is, it is still better than what we had previously. Many millions more people are able to have affordable health coverage than were before. Three of my adult children have medical coverage now as a direct result of the ACA. My husband was able to leave his job for a higher paying job without me losing access to medical coverage for diabetic medications because of the ACA. The Republicans have had a decade to come up with something better. Trump has been promising to present his better and more affordable plan "in two weeks" for nearly four years. Until they come up with a real plan, fixing the imperfect plan that we have still seems like the better option.

At least now we understand that we can't always count on the U.S.A., specially because almost half of the American people still want that kind of person as a President and he or someone like him may be (re)elected in the not-so-far future. Ironically, in the 2020 election, he lost lots of his 2016 base to Biden and gained with minorities
And never once mentioned the wall

A declaration of war would have only shown how weak Iran really is.
The US could have continued to kill more important Iranians in drone strikes with Iran completely unable to do the same
      Or even more embarrassing,
The US would simply have pulled its troops and gear out of the middle east and Iran would be left fighting nobody.
