I've got the same size ninja foodi and followed the directions exactly. Despite my concerns of not being enough water I pressure cooked it with the 1/2 cup stated in the video. After about a minute into pressure cooking I get an add more water warning. I decided to just not do that part of the cooking and they still turned out good, but because of the error I'll never go off this channels videos again.
Good idea for Saturday meal when tired of everything else
Hi Stephanie, this is much better than the canned sauce- well I think so lol. Easy and tasty! Thanks!

I'm new, love you chanel...Hugs
Thank you so much Gwen! Really appreciate it!
Great way to cut up a bell pepper!
Thanks leanne! I only learned this about 10 years ago hanging out with a friend that was. a chef-lol.
Mmm, Sloppy Joe's! Does chief taste tester like the cayenne pepper? This would be a good recipe to make extra and freeze. It's always nice to have back up in the freezer if I don't have time to cook. Thanks!
The first batch I made is in the freezer for Sunday to make sliders. Thanks Cattitude!
Chief taste tester- my mom is in a nursing home now. Alzheimer’s 😔. She hasn’t tried it yet. I’ll bring some down to her this weekend.
@@pressurecrisp I'm sorry to hear that. Such a difficult illness for everyone involved. I'm sure she appreciates you. Did you get your love of cooking from her?
@@Cattitude48 Her and my grandmother-I was always amazed that granny never used recipes she just cooked and baked. My mom was an amazing pantry cook-whatever we had in the house she worked with what she had. I didi start cooking until my early 20's-then I wanted to make everything lol. I cook for my mom still-lol. She lover her egg bites and chicken Parmesan and her favorite is breaded chicken cutlet over a salad with honey mustard. Makes. me happy that I can do this for her. And trying to teach my father how to use the foodi-lol. Its been hard for him as he can only do one thing at. time. Thanks Cattitude.
@@pressurecrisp My parents divorced when I was a baby and we lived with my grandma and grandpa. So I learned to cook from grandma and mom. Mainly grandma. I have so many great memories of that. I did try to cook pearl tapioca in an old time pressure cooker once. What a mess to clean up! But they let me do my thing and learn.
It's so nice that your mom still has favorites. I bet your dad will get it with time 🌞
What knife are you using? Brand?
Hi. Chip, It's a Mercer here is a link amzn.to/2YEoGSV
The sloppy joes look so good! Where did you get that knife?
Thanks Sandra! I put one batch in the freezer for tom morrow will be using it for sliders! Dressing it up with cheese and jalapeños!
The knife is a Mercer-7" -Granton edge M21067-I picked dit up locally but it can be purchased online on Amazon here is a link amzn.to/2vJCNf9
I do however recommend going to a local kitchen store(call ahead to make sure they have it) and se how it feels in your hand. A knife is a personal choice-you have to see how it feels in your hand. Go through the motions of seeing how it feels and pretend to chop something-it has to feel good in your hand. Thanks Sandra!
Pressure Crisp Thanks!
