Does Coffee Taste Better?

Make your coffee taste better by building this uniquely designed coffee bean dryer. One of the benefits of dry coffee beans is they tend to retain their flavors better than oily coffee beans. This is because most of the flavor in a coffee bean is in those oils. The longer we roast them, the more we draw out the moisture and the oils that are in the bean.
This woodworking project is designed for beginner woodworkers who may have limited tools and materials. Most professional coffee bean dyers cost close to $200. This DIY coffee bean dryer cost about $75 to make.
