    Here is a recipe for making ice cream with GMS and CMC powder:

    Instructions:
    In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, CMC powder, and GMS. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is just starting to boil.
    Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the milk powder, cornstarch, heavy cream, and vanilla extract.
    Pour the mixture into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
    Every 30 minutes or so, remove the container from the freezer and stir the ice cream. This will help to prevent large ice crystals from forming.
    Once the ice cream is frozen, it is ready to enjoy!
    Tips:
    For a richer ice cream, use whole milk instead of 2% milk.
    You can add any flavor extract you like to the ice cream. Some popular flavors include chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and pistachio.
    If you want to make your own ice cream mix, you can combine the milk, sugar, CMC powder, and GMS in a blender and blend until smooth. Then, add the milk powder, cornstarch, heavy cream, and vanilla extract and blend again.
