1+1/2 tbsp corn flour (corn starch)

1/8 TSP CMC powder

This recipe is just so perfect. I followed exact steps and made cashew rose icecream… My family couldn’t believe that its home made, even it was far better than the market one …. Madam..I tried doing the same recipe. The changes I made was..I added 2 egg yolks...and used vanila custard powder. I used a half a litre milk with 3.5% fat. But even after beating the mixture for more than 15 minutes, I did not get even a litre...can u please tell me..what mistake I have done. Is it because of using the egg? I used the egg yolk..coz I love that taste..when it is added to ice cream. Please help.

This recipe is beyond my expectations. I tried it and it was EXTREMELY DELICIOUS. The texture, creaminess and everything was just perfect. I followed the exact recipe, but instead of Malai I added whipping cream. It gave the perfect chocolate flavour and it was better than market bought ice cream.

I tried this recipe 4-5 timess btt it turned outt goood lasttt time i didd....i think practice makes u learn a lottt....i followed exacttt same recipe n it turned outt sooooo sooooo delicious like it feltt like a store boughttt icecream
Justtt make sureee too use foil paper or a air tight container whilee freezing ittt....the icecream remains super softt onlyyy thenn.....n alsoo if u usee homemade malaii plz don't blend it for toooo longgg otherwise it turns into hard substance as she saiddd n the whole icecream turns downn....go for the exactt same reciy n u won't regretttt❤️

Yes you can use base for atleast 10 days in the freezer but you don't switch off the fridge

You can use wired whisker but it will take a lot of time and hardwork
Also you can use mixture grinder but the volume of ice-cream will not be 2 litre
Aap mixture grinder ka use kar rahe hai to ice-cream ko thoda sa soft hone ke baad grind kare varna grinder kharab ho sakta hai
Im from pakistan .i tried making this icecream but when i started beating the mixture bcame rubbery and kept clinging to the beater blades .it did not bcom double also but very sticky .plz zaroor answer den .im waiting.

I have mentioned in the my ice-cream recipe with CMC & GMS powder, that use only 1/8 TSP CMC powder otherwise the base will become rubbery
So I think you have used more CMC powder that is why this problem is happened to you

See CMC powder gives thickness to the ice-cream and if you add more than 1/8 TSP, the ice-cream can become rubbery and everything get wasted
So this is the perfect measurements and 1/8 TSP CMC powder is enough for this quantity

Actually it's very dangerous for health i mean Hershey chocolate syrup so I suggest you that you should use dark chocolate or chocolate.
I tried your recipe three times ,but it doesn't freeze hard . As soon as it is out of freezer it starts melting immediately. Even my freezer was set to -23 degree and even after 48 hrs it doesn't freezed . I followed exactly what you did ,but even after 3 trials , melting problem is still there. What should I do? Should I add dairy cream for its proper freezing? Please reply.

You can add 2 pinch more CMC powder with 1/8 TSP
But do not add more than that & yes ofcourse you can use readymade cream
But I have made this Ice-cream many times & everytime it turned out well

You can use normal beater but it will take a lot of time & hard work of muscle and you may not get more volume but yes if don't have electronic beater then you can use normal beater.

You can use any brand, but buy fresh
Only then it will give best results,
If CMC and GMS powder are old ice-cream will not become good

Aap deep freezer me icecream ko 10 se 12 dino tak store kar sakte hai lekin freezer ko on hi rakhna padega switch off nahi kar sakte
Agar ice-cream melt ho jayega to fir vo kharab ho sakta hai
