Ingredients:
Base
30 g unsalted butter (1 ounce)
50 g almond flour (1.8 ounces)
Topping
225 g full-fat cream cheese (7.9 ounces)
1 free range/ organic egg
Juice of a whole lemon
55 g erythritol - you can also use xylitol (sugar substitutes) (1.9 ounces)
1 tsp almond extract
0.5 tsp salt
Mixed berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries) to dress

What’s the exact brand of erythritol that you use?

Powdered Erythritol by NKD Living which you can buy on Amazon. They also make a (sugar) erythritol. I also use Trusted which I buy in 4kg at a time. As long as it's 100% it should be good. No added stevia which can give a bitter taste.
