- Oglebay Festival Of Lights 2020 - Wheeling, WV. Enjoy a virtual driving/walking tour of the light display. Oglebay does a light display annually that brings millions of visitors to see, drive through the light displays, and see things such as the garden of lights, gift shops, and, when open, the Good Zoo.
Asking donation is $25 which helps support the park and you get a pass which allows you to visit as often as you'd like. You will also be given a coupon book good for nearby businesses and the shops around the park.

Wallie and Kayla the drive through the lights is absolutely beautiful. The music is calming, and adds that Christmas feeling. This video makes you forget what a sad year this has been. It also gives us hope that things will get better. With God's Grace life will get better. Thank you for taking us along on this beautiful drive.

Homesick now. Born in Wheeling and now live in Texas. You did an excellent job. Love the music choice. Its nice it was warm for y'all but snow really gives it a whole other feeling. Thank you so much for making this video, Wallie, and for providing holiday cheer. This year has been painfully dreadful; losing an aunt, cousin, and not being able to spend time and holidays like today with relatives including my uncle who has cancer. Since chemo his immune system is compromised and has been at home all year long in quarantine.

i used to live right past oglebay and let me tell you, i hated the festival of lights just because traffic would back up so bad and it would take me double the amount of time to get home from work some nights. i honestly hadn't been through the lights since probably 1995 and this video did show me that it is a pretty nice lights display. now i live in SC though, so i can appreciate them for what they are (minus traffic annoyingness, lol)

I really enjoy your Christmas videos, Wallie! Our family has very sadly lost both of our parents. Our Mom passed away on January 31, 2017. Our Dad passed away this year on October 3. It's really a tough time for our family. I have 3 older sisters, one sister lives in Washington State and one sister lives up in Northern Maine. Those 2 sisters of mine can't afford to fly on commercial airlines because of air fares have gone through the roof since 9/11. My 3rd sister lives here in Weirton,WV. So, at least I have one of my sisters living here in Weirton,WV. I went to her house for Thanksgiving earlier today. I plan on going to my sisters house for Christmas. I'm doing the best that I can to have Christmas spirit, but it's tough. Wallie, you and Kayla are an inspiration to me, with your Christmas videos on your CZcams Channel that you've been filming, especially this one at Oglebay Winter Festival of Lights. I want thank you from the bottom of my heart, for what an amazing inspiration that both you and Kayla are to me. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Have Oglebaylicious day! Growing up in Moundsville I loved going there every year. Glad you went so early. Traffic can get backed up to the interstate with so many people wanting to see them.

OH MY GOSH, this was so amazing! If I didn't live all the way west in Chicago and lived within a few hours of Wheeling, I would check this out for sure. This even beats some of the winter lighting decorations I've seen, in the Chicago area. Also that's a great deal if the $25 donation means you get a free coupon book, and can revisit it as many times as possible. Since like you said, I imagine they'd have a high power bill for putting up so many lights!
Thank you VERY much, for the tour of the Oglebay Festival of Lights. Locally since I always had heard about it but hadn't gone, I did find one video for the Mooseheart School(Aurora or North Aurora, IL? it's around there) festival of lights(west Chicago suburbs). While that one looks good(at 1.8 miles), I have to say the one that Oglebay's(6 mile route, per checking the pdf on their website) festival of lights does looks better! This week covid hit our house hard. Having Thanksgiving with family taken and knowing that Christmas may not look so merry either, thank you for this. It brought me to tears because it may be the only Christmas light show we get this year. Our decorations may not hang but thanks to you we can enjoy bits of the Christmas season. Thank you guys.
