Beetroot soup with pork meatballs

I have only ate borscht soup once. It was only beets. Your recipe looks to be more hearty. Every region seems to have their own version. Thank you G for sharing yours.

I think there are hundred ways to make it ;) this one is simple but nice :) sometimes instead of meat balls I used pork ribs :)

Ouch… well you can skip beetroot!! Just put potatoes, carrots, beans, a bit of onion, meet balls and it will be amazing as well :)
