My 5X Great Grandfather was an English Privateer and spy during this time. He stopped Napolean and the Danish fleet from invading England, by telling his uncle the Duke of Wellington what he had overheard on a beach in France. This movie kind of gives me a tickle, not least because the colour is superb, but i also love Rock and Yvonne. Thanks for posting.❤
If there was an Yvonne De Carlo film, I never missed it. I'm talking about my childhood and the 50's when Yvonne was a top draw in all those swashbucklers and adventure dramas. It really didn't matter who her male co-star was, she monopolized every film from start to finish. Males were just incidental romantic fodder for her. Yes, she was gorgeous and you just couldn't divert your eyes from her voluptuous figure and those come-hither green eyes. I enjoyed every one of her films and those that I missed from the 40's, came to my rescue via DVDs in later years. One of her most touching performances came as Moses's wife in The Ten Commandments in which she left an indelible print on viewers' hearts.
Definitely a very beautiful lady.
I noticed that her name appears before Rock Hudson's...well, beside, and deservedly so. She looks quite stunning here.
@@howardkerr8174 Yvonne was a bigger name than Rock Hudson at the time.
One of the most beautiful women Yvonne De Carlo. Loved all her films even the series of the MONSTERS , and she still looked Gorgeous . I'm 69 and still enjoy all these good old films. It's better than what I'm seeing now, lol.....
My favorite actresses from that era YVONNE DECARLO .. something Ike that. She'll make any movie great 🦋💫👑
Yvonne de carlo was in the top 5 of the most beautiful woman in Hollywood, very talented gorgeous lady
What an entertaining film, not wasting time for the next event..thank you YT. Ivonne De Carlo is stunning and Rock Husdon is a stud. Love the whole cast and story.
Good adventure yarn.
Recommended. Rock and the lovely Yvonne give a solid performance.
I wish someone would upload Rock Hudson's 1953 movie "Back to God's Country" That's a really good movie
It has been a while since I saw a Yvonne movie. I usually think of her first from the Münsters. I forgot how beautiful she is.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful movie
I liked Her even more in ten commandments
I thought this was an edge-of-the-seat nail biter. Never a dull moment. Thanks for sharing. 😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Who can survive of these actors or actresses since this is a movie 70 years ago?
You agree with me that Rocco Hudson is an exact replica of Sylvester Stallone, even in his voice, facial expressions, and acting performance.
Lily Munster did a great job here!
Yes she did!

And to think her Munsters co-stars were afraid she was playing too against type. Very versatile actress, as well as quite beautiful.
Thanks for uploading, quality of the film is great - looks new ;)
Un excellent film d'aventure que j'ai pu déguster dans " la dernière séance " avec la fille d'une beauté racée incandescente !
Very good Adventure.
Nice. ❤
I eat this stuff up😅❤
Yvonne De Carlo is one of the most beautiful women in history
Good film👍!
I wish I had been born in the year 1953 instead of in the year 1969
An average adventure though not sure where Rock Hudson was meant to be from in this film but I suppose you will have to suspend belief on him being from anywhere near England. Yvonne De Carlo does a better job but this film shows even great directors can have off days as I doubt I am the only one who expected more when they saw Raoul Walsh in the credits. Maxwell Reed is under utilised in this film which is a shame as he is the best thing in it. His career never really took off beyond B pic which surprised me as I thought he was good here and in Dear Murderer, Night Beat and There is Another Sun etc.
These old movies have one thing that annoys me these men meet a woman and two seconds later they are so in love and four hours later they want to get married.
Give some of Tyrone Power Please
Povo bonito 😂
The picture is dark
Yvonne de Carlo is beautiful in this movie 🎥 🍿 stunning 🤩 Rock Hudson is very handsome and a sexually attractive man to all. Both of their careers haven’t peaked. Their acting becomes better and better each movie or tv shows

I am of Lima - Peru, no understand english traducion to castellano. Please. Tank you,
but he was leaking too much oil
I love movies from this era they just entertained they didn’t push no liberal agenda on us. I just saw the trailer for the new Romeo and Juliet movie except it Romeo and Julio 😂
Traducir al español
Rock Hudson was not even a man. But he made so much money pretending he was.
TÜRKÇE LÜTFEN...
In italiano per favore
This movie is stupid he turns her in and then he is worried about her.
good acting but a stupid unlikely story line. both would have been killed many times. bad writer
Haha have you ever seen a mission impossible or a bond movie? Movies are all about escaping reality my friend, don’t overthink it.
Nobody kills Ivonne De Carlo and Rock Hudson in a movie😂
After all this is fiction entertaining
