Wooow...thanks for costing...but anyone building that size structure...the cost is double or 2.5 times more... doing a similar project and 250m shell is not fully done... wish I used u on ma project I would lock a price in and see how u finish... ya prices are way off..make another video with actual ground costs...
Construction teams down play costs so u start and get stuck..or get high blood pressure...

For such an undertaking, would you recommend one buying a concrete mixer and concrete block machine as a way to cut costs and time especially when it comes to mixing and pouring concrete for slabs?

Hello Darwin i really appreciate the useful information you share with us here, however i would like you to help me understand something, When doing a phased construction of a storied house, at what stage is it safe to take a break from construction without compromising the structure?
Depends on how long the pause will be. It's usually safer to pause at the slab or roof, where the other vulnerable epements of the building are protected from bad weather and vandalism

How come my floor was 260 sqm and they used only 220 bags for casting yet this one is only 145sqm and ur using just as many bags
This guy is business minded...his costs a too high...scares a lot ...
Ya right the costs are way too high recall his not included his labour cost.By the time the flat is done u will be counting 600m minimum.I need to Start up a 5 bedroom flat but ur costs scare a starter.
