Today we're making some easy Keto ice cream that's only 1 net carb per scoop. This is a delicious coffee & hazelnut flavour ice-cream that is super easy to make. I tried making the mason jar ice-cream and always failed for some reason. I shook that jar all night long but the cream never doubled in size so I got around to doing it by this method.

Sahil you are such a legend. Our daughter was just diagnosed with DIPG brain cancer, a terminal diagnosis at about a year left. We were advised by the leading DIPG doctor, that she should go Keto and some kids have added literal years to their lives as tumours feed on glucose and dopamine. There is a potential cure that has JUST been devloped and might be available as early as next year. Keto could literally save her life, in addition to making siezures much less likely. My husband went keto before and got hooked on your youtube channel. We LOVE it. But my poor daughter has been crying about not being able to have chips (fries) and icecream. This recipe will make her SO HAPPY. God bless you!!! You have NO idea how incredible this is for our family.

Please try homemade Zucchini chips for her. There are many recipes available. You can bake in oven, OTG, or try on tawa. Speaking from experience, it's amazing.
Also, try chicken skins. Headbangers have recipe for that.

Wonderful! My father lives in another country he lives in Panama and he has emphysema asthma and COPD from smoking most of his life. Thankfully he quit in 2007 but it was a little too late. his wife’s brother died of Covid recently and I made him go get the vaccine when it became available so he just got his first shot last week and had no side effects thankfully

Oh wow... I’m from the NY city burbs and coffee runs in my veins!!! Yaahooo! Substitute chocolate chips instead of nuts; mint extract and chocolate chips: maple extract with walnut pieces !!!!!
Also a coffee mousse to go on top of keto cake!

Tablespoon or so of vodka can help keep it creamy in freezer. Will try the instant coffee... I have some i need to get rid of!

Going to try this! None of my local grocery stores ever have keto Ice cream in stock... :(
And I’m going to guess that it wouldn’t be something you’d run out for more of anyway. Commercial keto foods all seem to be back loaded with carbs and sucralose (that’s not spelled right, but you know what I mean).

I got a Cuisinart ice cream maker a few years ago and adapted their very simple recipes to be keto-friendly. It's super easy and the chocolate one in particular turns out soooo good and creamy.

I read to prevent it from being too frozen you can add some volka. I saw a lady adding some MCT oil in her keto ice cream recipe for the same reason.

Gosh thank you so much. Ive been trying to find a recipe that you whip instead of shake or need an ice cream maker for. Thats freaking awesome. While i was on my search to make keto ice cream i did come across another video and even tho it was a shake recipe he had a great tip to use allouse sweetener to make your ice cream less hard in the freezer

Adding gelatine to this will help stabilise the air bubbles and make it a softer scoop. Heat half the cream and add soaked gelatine. Leave to cool and add whipped cream.

Incredible flavour combination! I remember a while ago I used to make ice-cream with Eggs whites, sugar and cream as the base. I live in New Zealand and we have the best cream and ice cream 😁. Anyway, it was a while ago but I remember whipping the sugar and egg whites like a meringue. Then whipping cream into soft peaks and folding, obviously playing with flavour combinations. I can imagine we could substitute sugar for Sweetener etc. The egg white gave it a lovely texture as it was melting and it also cleaned your tongue of the creamy residue. Okay, I've talked myself into making ice cream now I think. Love your stuff!

I love nutty ice cream, so this looks delicious. I also had issues making the mason jar kinds. But whipping it up definitely makes a nicer texture. Allulose can help it to not freeze too icy as can just a little bit of alcohol.

This is too much of a coincidence, my son and i were talking about if we could only have one desert for the rest of our lives what would it be? We both said Ice-cream! i'm going to try this. I have not been happy with the ice cream recipes online either. I bought an ice cream machine off Amazon just to churn it. It tastes good after it churns so its more like soft serve but does not suit putting in the freezer because the mixture will come out icy even if I put alcohol in it.
